Yea anon I just bought phenibut recently. Two days ago I tried it for the first time and took three 2.5g doses throughout the day. I didn't really feel anything. Yesterday I measured out a 1.2g dose in the morning and felt nothing all day... until I realized that I actually did. After about 7 hours it really started setting in for me. It wasn't a "high" experience but I was totally disinhibited and started feeling really relaxed a nice.
This stuff has a pretty high potential for addiction so I recommend you don't take it more than two or three times a week max. -drink plenty of water. Thirst can often feel like hunger and lead to snacking

-don't let a setback make you give up altogether
-learn to focus on long-term goal. Don't get bogged down in daily weigh-ins and mirror checking. Just weigh yourself once a week, and take progress pictures every 2 weeks.

Hello /fit/. I have a very physical job that requires lots of strength and sweat and energy. It keeps me pretty well in shape. Starting in august last year I started to notice pretty severe rectal pain and suspected hemorrhoids. Went to hemorrhoid clinic and was told I was pretty well non-inflamed, so it's not hemorrhoids. Recently I started having pretty uncomfortable muscle pain in my pelvic area when I orgasm. I have a lidocaine cream that I was perscribed under suspiction of a fistula/cyst by my doctor but all it does is temporarily releive part of my pain.
After much research I have come to the conclusion that I have muscle fatigue in the most awkward place. I do a yoga routine weekly to keep myself from spraining. What stretches would be best for possibly releiving this incredible tension that I have?

Can we discuss the importance of carbs post-workout? I've been looking it up for the past hour and everything is so conflicting. From people who lift fasted and swear by not eating carbs until late, to sports articles who claim that you need 70-100g carbs within 30m of your workout. What's going on here?

My advice: Don't worry about getting the perfect shake or packing in the macros. just eat enough whole healthy foods to feel 80% full.
You should eat something with carbs and protein in it at least within an hour of finishing your workout with enough calories to make up what you burned if you're trying to gain (or nearly make it up even if you are trying to lose).
Personally I eat a small amount of carbs as I'm walking into the gym, always helps the workout, but you really need to eat it within a few minutes of starting your workout or the benefit is reduced a lot.
