I have noticed that I enjoy writing and feel relaxed and comfortable while doing it. I just don't care about what's happening and things that trouble me while writing. But my grammar sucks dick ( english ain't my first language) plus there isn't much that is going to come out of writing. I don't think it's going to benefit me in any way.

Coming back to question, what are some things you can do that in your free time that is productive.

Going to get my msc in applied maths. I don't mind of people think I'm dumb, I hate arguing with people anyway. It's only annoying when someone wants to argue with you about fitness and dieting. But other than that I think I have indeed no other special skills. I can cook and bake.

I have suddenly decided to develop more muscles after a decade of developing just one (the biceps of my right arm is fuck huge, beats me how it turned out that way). Yesterday morning I did thirty crunches, thirty push-ups and thirty squats and each excercise started to get strenuous after doing it twenty times. This morning I did the same routine, but
excercises started to wear me out after repeating them as many as ten times. What's more, my knees and shoulders creak audibly when I squat. Am I going to be ok?

What are some muscle groups/exercises that took you a long time to "master"

Pull downs and pull ups. I barely felt them in my lats. After working out for 8 months I finaly feel them in my lats more than my arms.

And also deadlifts. Just about a week ago I finaly felt them in my hamstrings more than my back. I mean I didn't have back pain. But felt more like a lower back exercise.

Also after doing bulgarian squats, my quads actually feel more activated after
