Hello /fit/. I have a very physical job that requires lots of strength and sweat and energy. It keeps me pretty well in shape. Starting in august last year I started to notice pretty severe rectal pain and suspected hemorrhoids. Went to hemorrhoid clinic and was told I was pretty well non-inflamed, so it's not hemorrhoids. Recently I started having pretty uncomfortable muscle pain in my pelvic area when I orgasm. I have a lidocaine cream that I was perscribed under suspiction of a fistula/cyst by my doctor but all it does is temporarily releive part of my pain.
After much research I have come to the conclusion that I have muscle fatigue in the most awkward place. I do a yoga routine weekly to keep myself from spraining. What stretches would be best for possibly releiving this incredible tension that I have?
