I've had this weird feeling in my left knee for many years now. There is this constant pressure at the inner part of my left knee. I've had it x-rayed before, but it must have showed nothing as I was never contacted by the hospital afterwards.

It didn't go away when I wasn't working out for many years.

What could this be? It's not a pain, it's just an annoying constant pressure and pulsating feeling that I only notice when I am sitting still. Every time I google for it, nothing shows up. I want it gone because it's extremely annoying.

Just keep telling yourself that you will lift the weight you have on on the bar. As long as you're capable of lifting it and have enough adrenaline to lift it completely you can do it.

Estrogen and testosterone levels are constantly varying due to a myriad of shit. The human body works in such a way that when one rises, the other is raised proportionally until the first one goes down to normal, which it will. This assuming you're a moderately healthy human being.

Nobody has grown tits or lost their balls because they drink milk or one of the other thousand things that gets posted here and people freak out about because it marginally increases E levels. Now stop.

Maybe you "can", but it will do absolutely nothing good for your gains in the long run, so don't be such a baby and wait it out. Even a mild sprain should be taken serious, because the ligament will never truly recover to the way it was before, so you can easily amass even more permanent damage if you're not careful.

I have a home gym, but I also like lifting at the gym, plus I prefer to deadlift at the gym so I'm not destroying my garage floor. Not to mention if I ever move to the city and live in an apartment I wont be able to take my home-gym with me.

Chinups and deadlifts are enough for back. Maybe some facepulls on bench days to hit rear delts, you need nothing more.

You shouldn't replace deadlifts.
While its true that they arent """good mass builders""", they do provide a strength gain to the entire body that nothing else provides so well. And this strength transfers into moving more weight on the exercises that DO help you get bigger.

You should be doing at least one variant of rows btw.
Vertical pulling and horizontal pulling are the staple back movements.

As a skeletor, how much weight should I aim to gain per week?
I want a number that is "the sweet spot", for example minimal fat gain and mostly muscle.

don't limit yourself at first.
it's hard enough to gain weight for most people who are skellies anyway.
when I started eating and exercising properly at 6'4" 145 lbs I gained about 2-3 lbs a week, but that was of course a combination of fat and muscles.
just do bulk/cut cycles.
