Anybody here vegan? If so, any tips for a guy slowly transitioning to a plant based diet?
Also for all you that eat meat daily do you ever think you'll stop putting dead animals into your body?
I'm an animal rights activist and I still think you're a cunt. Part of not eating animals is doing it because its a good thing to do, not so you can act superior to everyone else and make a bad name for all of us by reaffirming what most people think about Vegetarians and Vegans.
If you're legitimately trying to transition and this isnt bait, just make sure you're getting enough protein and taking any supplements for important things you might be missing
