Hey guys, I've been wondering what the ideal form for split squats is? I used to do walking lunges (as in deep steps with DB) but my gym is too small and busy now for that. I tried with a barbell yesterday and that fucking sucked.

How to get ripped in a swimming pool?

My family just got a pool, above ground, 15 ft D. Nothing flashy. Since I'm the only one that's really in it on a daily basis, is there anything I can do hopefully, by the end of the summer, make my arms distinguishable from the pool noodles?

I'm recovering from an eating disorder, and really need help getting my food and body image back to reality. I've done everything on the spectrum for eating disorder, chewing and spitting, vomiting, restricting, binging and purging, laxative abuse, stimulant abuse, HIIT for 3+ hrs until I black out and so on. I'm 5'1 and weigh 110lbs. Weighing myself really fucked with me yesterday since I weighed 96lbs 3 weeks ago.

please help me what do i do how do i make it stop???

You calculate the calories you need to lose weight and maintain weight. Then you choose which you should adopt into your life for what period of time. Choose healthy, whole foods and thats it. And thats your only option. If you eat the way you should be eating, you have no need to purge.

Here's the only real answer:
>stop doing HIIT cardio altogether
>go to the gym four times per week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri)
>do an upper-lower split program
>this burns more calories than HIIT and won't kill you
>eat whatever type of healthy diet you enjoy and can stick to: intermittent fasting, keto, high brotein
>the key is not consuming sweets, snacks, sodas, and processed foods
>eat more leafy greens and naturally high-fat foods such as eggs and steak
>control your portions by eating off a smaller plate, drinking water throughout the day, eat slower, and putting the fork down once you feel full

here's a routine for you
Mon
>incline bench
>row
>tricep pulldown
>reverse flyes

Tue
>squat
>romanian deadlift
>standing calf raise
>weighted glute bridge

Thu
>ohp
>lat pulldown
>lateral raise
>curls

Fri
>deadlift
>lunge or cable pull-through
>seated calf raise
>cable kickback

Stick to this or a similar routine that's online from a reputable source. Stop thinking you can take shortcuts by multiplying everything by 3, as this will only injure you and set you back.
