Drain the oil, eat the fish. In the case of tuna packed in oil the oil eliminates the need for mayo when making a sandwich with it. I much prefer fish packed in oil to fish packed in water, but if you're counting calories keep in mind the oil adds some.

I like to smoke mine over charcoal and apple wood chips. It tastes delicious, and if you can get it to stay a bit cooler and smoke for like 6 hours its incredible

You either really like it or you completely dislike it. It's kind of odd, really. I don't like it and never have. My brother will eat it every chance he gets and has for 37 years.

The "mother", aka the bacteria which create vinegar from alcohol.

There's probably also some of the original grain/fruit/whatever that the alcohol was originally made from. So there would be a little malted barley in malt vinegar, a little apple in apple cider vinegar, etc.

They should be cooked more than that though, more like this

While a regular steak can get away with only having the outside cooked, because any pathogens will not make it all the way to the inside, ground beef can potentially have bacteria all over it. Yes, it does need to be cooked all the way through.

If you trust your meat source you don't need to but it's better safe than sorry.

I made pork belly over coconut rice last week, came out good enough that it's gone now.

A few months ago I made orange chicken, what a HUGE pain in the ass that turned out to be. Super messy, super time consuming and I just didn't get the flavor right. It wasn't inedible but I personally wasn't happy with the results.
