Make a gigantic waffle and eat it throught the whole week, also cooking and ocassionally heating food and ingredients makes them last longer, so don't worry too much once you have cooked the eggs.

Cook them and they will last longer.

Hardboiled egges can last several days in the fridge. Have egg salad sandwiches for the next several days multiple times a day.

Eggs have great shelf life as long as there isn't alot of condensation. Get creative with them over the week but don't worry about eating them all in one day.

So that's at least 11 eggs taken care of. If you're desperate to get your money's worth, get an ice cube tray, crack an egg into each little pocket, cover it with Saran Wrap, and freeze. Once they're frozen you can put them in a plastic bag and thaw them individually. They won't be as good for baking, but they'll still be fine for cooking with (fried rice, egg washes, omelets, etc)
