Last one is officially gone.
What are you drinking.
How is it going.
I'm super. Lost my job and been drinking for 2 months straight while I sit at home. 12 beers a night on average.
>>8475241
Sounds pretty kush. I've been unemployed for so long now that I'm afraid it's going to hurt my prospects of getting another job again. Does that happen? I honestly don't know.
>>8475308
Depends on your line of work I guess. The higher demanding jobs that are harder to get into might frown upon something like that. You could just say you saved up some money and traveld the world for a bit. Sounds a bit nicer.
Anyway, how do you survive without money income? I'm just being the cheapest beers and living of my savings. Should last me about 2 months.
I am trying to cut out meat from my diet, because I just kind of want to. The problem is, I run 10k everyday and need a lot of calories. I have rice, beans, milk/eggs, and Hormel vegetarian chili, along with bagels and different bread. I get a small salad at school but fill it up as much as I can, so my leafy greens are covered. Any high calories stuff I can make cheaply, preferably with stuff I already have?
>>8484523
Standard poorfag diet: grains + beans. Dried beans are cheaper. Get an electric pressure cooker if you can afford one so they're less annoying to cook.
>>8484523
Try out soy chorizo, often called soyrizo. Trust me. Shh just trust me. You can find it near the eggs.
>>8484543
How do I add calories to rice and beans though? Just black beans and rice is not a lot of calories.
You go to the kitchen one day and notice a non-descript jar in the back of your cupboard that wasn't there before. When you open it, a genie is released that will grant you one of the following:
1. Infinite encyclopedic culinary knowledge and cooking skills
2. A magic cold storage & pantry that restocks itself with the finest ingredient you desire at the peak of freshness (even decades-aged balsamic vinegar, saffron, truffles, wagyu beef, etc).
3. A perfect kitchen that's furnished with a refrigerator/freezer/oven/cook-top that all immediately reach their desired temperatures and never deviate from them no matter how much you crowd them. Cutlery that never dulls, and dishes/utensils that automatically clean themselves.
You may not use the wish's results to benefit anyone else or for monetary gain or the wish becomes forfeit.
What do you choose /ck/: Perfect skill, perfect equipment, or perfect ingredients?
Good quality cutlery, while expensive, is always easy to find whether in stores or online, and I like the process of learning/teaching myself new cooking skills. Definitely going with #2.
>>8484423
If just for me, #2 for sure. If I could cook for the homeless or something #1

Would you try out this indian dish?

>>8483788

Hello friendos
I went to a place the other day that makes a burger topped with onions caramelized for 9 hours
Is there any reason to believe this would produce a better product than say, 1 hour onions? I didn't notice a discernable difference. Sounds like a pain in the ass
i'm sure they just used a slow cooker
easy as fuck but takes around 9 hours
>>8483079
It produces better marketing, and can influence people into believing it tastes better.
>>8483079
The time spent on coming here to make this thread was all time that could have been spent carmalizing your onions.
what does your daily meal consist of daily /ck/. let me guess, its either rice, pasta or potatoes, well guess what, there is an another alternative for your carbohydrate source and it is called buckwheat AND ITS FUCKING AWESOME, shit is cheap as fuck, and contains 13 grams of protein per 100g compared to potatoes (2g) rice (2.7g) and pasta (5g) and it gets better, you can eat it in the morning with milk, it goes well with beef, pork and chicken and its easy to cook, just pour a decent amount of it in the pot and let it boil like rice. they are soft when cooked like rice and have a distinct but not an overpowering flavor.
go buy some today!

>go buy some today
Stopped reading there
Go away.
The news tells me that I'm not supposed to trust anything Russia tells me.

I'm trying to obey the Orthodox Church, and from my understanding, Wednesdays and Fridays are fast days.
If there's any other Orthodox Christians, can you help me by sharing what you normally make?
A big plus if you can share meals safer for diabetics for my dad.
Ask your God.
>>8481016
>Wednesdays and Fridays are fast days
All days go the same speed, dum dum.
Religious people are stupid.
oh god I don't know if this is a subtle bait or if you just don't know where you are posting, enjoy the ride OP
Let's just say somebody doesn't like us and our threads, but that's not gonna stop us EVER.
So. On-lard omelet with diced onion, black toasts and peas. Balanced and superior!
Egged onions and bloated egg (ask me) with beans. Super light and filling!

Go head broseph & do your thing. That's what this board is for.
>>8479331
Thanks! Good to know there are people without Stockholm's who protect our virgin oppressors.
I'm at the airport eating Godfather's. It could be worse.
What' some notable pizza or other food you've had at airports?
>>8474562
That burnt, oily crust and that fucking over-melted cheese.
I feel sick.
>>8474568
>over-melted cheese
I don't get it. Cheese can be burned, sure, but... over-melted? what is that?
>>8474569
Over-melted for the presented dish, which is sausage pizza. It looks tough and gross.
THEY ARE FUCKING BACK.
>>8484350
They never left the korean market
>>8484350
>oreo o's
>not just oreo's
Fucking dropped.
Hey guys I'm smoking out of an orange. Pretty crazy right?
I smoked out of an apple once
High school was a weird time
>>8484167
No.
One of the dumbest stoners I ever knew used to make bongs out of any fruit or vegetable, including oranges, apples, pumpkins, potatoes, whatever. He was an idiot who I once saw flip his bicycle over in the street while attempting a wheelie, trying to impress people riding the tram. He was 22.
>>8484189
Lol I used to do that shit when I 13
Hey /ck/ I'm broke until Friday and need to pick which soup to eat with my shitty sandwich.
Here are my options. What would you recommend for a chicken, gouda and mayo sandwich on overpriced but sweet and delicious as fuck organic bread?
>>8484105
>ruining your sandwich with canned soups.
>>8484105
Bourbon and Brown Sugar Beans. Should be a nice contrast to the gouda.
Going with the ragu
So I'm 6 feet tall and 240 pounds and I'm thinking about fasting. Can my body last on fat and shit or will I run into serious problems?
>>8483999
Shit I got trips
What's your BMI? You ottermode or a fat fuck?
>nice get
>>8483999
No because fasting is a terrible way to lose weight, wrecks your health, and you most always gain it all back after you end fasting.
Count your calories and serving sizes and do regular exercising.
If you do under 2000 cals then you are generally going to lose weight, just ditch soda and sweet drinks
what is your dirty little kitchen secret?
me personally, i don't ever wash my hands after i take a shit yet i cook all the time afterwards.
neither at home nor at work, i work as a prep chef in a restaurant btw.
want to know the best part? it literally does not matter if i wash them or not, nobody ever got poisoned, not even close.
>>8483825
Actually you don't know that because it takes more than 24 hours for food poisoning to set in.
You've likely fucked your business out of thousands in revenue because of the people you infected.
Not that you actually do this, because this is just a shit-tier bait thread.
Neck yourself, cunt.
>>8483825
come on man
>>8483835
>Not that you actually do this, because this is just a shit-tier bait thread.
oh i fucking do, you better believe
New to /ck/ here, what's the consensus here on the sugary jew?
Fuck off back to /pol/
>>8483722
People have very strong opinions on which sodas are good or bad.
>>8483722
Soda is too fucking delicious. Why does it have to be so bad for you...
