I had 20 days under my belt. Read some article "debunking" NoFap benefits.

Decided to end it last night.

Woke up feeling like garbage, angry, eyes red, skin off color, eyesight worse, lack of energy, lack of focus.

I try not to drink more than 1 a day. It's good for an afternoon pick me up. Keeps me from eating shit with sugar in it. Just don't go overboard.
