This isn't me being bias but i believe he's one of the worst fitness youtubers now. i think he will really get someone injured.

He uses some basic programming knowledge to serve as rhetoric for him and it's pretentious enough to get idiot kids all over his dick.
Next all the lifts appeal to the weaklings because they give an illusion of strength, i havent seen him do any full rom movement without 3000 bands, and cheating. All his workouts have tons of axial loading which is terrible for you.

His shit is gimmicky, once someone switches from his illustratory garbage onto normal lifts they will get injured possibly. A strong floor press will make you VERY weak in the bottom of a normal bench

Rack pulls are pure garbage as a workout, power shrugs, normal shrugs, farmers walks all have way more benefits than a lift that has the maximum axial loading possible and therefore limits your recovery by a huge amount.

Why do you think deadlifts are done usually 1x5 one time a week? This is even worse than deadlifting like 5 times a week.


Pure garbage manlet, overcompensating, ego lifts to make you feel strong but you wont be.

Doing normal squats, Doing a normal bench etc would all build more athletism and actual strength. His programs are all based on illusion of being big and strong.

Just because you floor press 200 and can only bench 170 doesn't mean you're weaker if you did the bench. you're probably stronger.

You could cut 5-10 and see how you look/feel but honestly I'd recommend bulking for now until you have more to work with, otherwise you could just be setting yourself back needlessly.

You fuckers lied to me. You guys said starting strength is an absolute must for beginners and here I am, 4 months later and I'm nowhere near close to this body. Meanwhile my friends who are on some meme routine like PPL look noticeably better. People ask if I even go to the gym and all I have to show for it is saying I can deadlift almost 2 plates.

Pretty good if you have anxiety otherwise you wont feel much. Can probably double the dose without any trouble. I've taken around 3.5g at a time before with only mild effects.

You can't take it with any food in your stomach. That means nothing 2 hours before or after dosing. 1g gets me feeling good. 2g and I'm basically manic (in a good way). Doesn't work for one of my friends no matter how much he takes but works perfectly for the other 5 people I've had try it. YMMV.

Yeah I know about that, I've always taken it on an empty stomach and didn't eat for at least 2 hours after. 1g did absolutely nothing for me, but I don't really have much anxiety or other problems. Thinking about trying 1.5g next time or maybe even 2g. In what way do you get manic? Does it feel anything like any other drug or medication?
