was OHPing today, on the last rep of first set i felt a weird twinge on the right back side of my neck (seems to be the longissimus).
i can now hardly turn my head diagonally backwards and to the right.

my question is, should i wait it out or go see a doctor?

I did this about two weeks to a different neck muscle and missed almost two weeks of gym waiting for it to recover naturally. In the end I went to a doctor and she gave me 500mg Naproxen and told me to massage the area.

Maybe take some Ibuprofen and massage the muscle if you can feel a knot.

If you have numbness in your arm go to the doctor asap.

I have a BIG problem. I was sick and took a break from exercising. the break was like 2 weeks or something. now I've lost all motivation I once had. I had just started and were going to start at a gym, but I'm not going to because I know I won't go. while I was sick, I started bulking. I was thin, now I'm closer to chubby. how do I get back my motivation? I used to actively take pushups one every hour and saw BIG improvements after just a week. I also started eating more. so how do I get motivated? any tips for a noob?

I'm guessing you're probably around 6% body fat or less.

Don't worry about fat gain. Keep eating a surplus and keep exercising.

But tons of skin from massive weight loss when sick 20+kgs and pregnancy.
Asked a doc about it and said the only way i can loose my skin is cosmetic surgery.
But there mustve something else. I feel like i lost more body mass than fat with my sickness even though there is tons of skin. What types of small workouts can i do for this area that wont make my thighs smaller.

It comes back I had the same issue I think seeing how hard i really had to work for the body I wanted really made me disgusted with women who don't work hard for their bodies and I stopped being attracted the same way i used to. I completely stopped caring about sex until about 18 months into lifting but my standards went way up and now I'd rather go a while without sex than bang a fatty or uggo like i used to do

>kid's walking over to the gym doors, probably like 15 years old, 250+ pounds, cokebottle glasses, acne all over, greasy long hair, the works
>just as he passes by us i call out "what's up shamu?"
>he stops and looks over to us
>"long way from sea world ain't you, boy?"
>my buddies and I laugh, high five each other, he just stands there and looks at us dumbfounded

I've started to do 100 sit-ups every morning to try and get some abs. No results yet, don't expect any, since I only started yesterday. Are 100 every day enough to get abs? Don't want big manly ones, just enough to be existent. Any advice?
