1.85cm 73kg on left 78 on right.

1 year of doing things the wrong way, also i stopped for a month because i went to weebland and lost 3kg.

The only thing i use is mass gainers and i used for 4 months maybe, theres none left and i dont know if i should just buy more and keep eating or go full ottermode to get some self esteem and not kill myself.

It's all posture, I lifted a lot in high school and was lifting before the first pic. I can pack on muscle (and fat) pretty. I look Alot better when I don't take my progress pics but I like to remain consistent.

Clean bulk refers to the surplus. Stay at +250-500 above tdee. As long as you hit your macros(most important = protein) then you will be good
