How much protein do you REALLY need?
>>41877099
.82 grams per pound of bodyweight
>>41877131
*per kilo
>>41877099
Can range from 0,8g to 2,2g per kilo. Keep in mind age, sex, weight, height, exercise age and many things can factor in.
I feel like I'm in such a awk position, should I bulk or cut?
511, 163lb, around 15% bf.
>>41876601
would cuck/10
>>41876601
>15% BF
Bulk. Why do you even ask such a stupid question?
>>41876621
Cuz no abz yet and I don't want to bulk into a beer belly
>How the fuck can you keep your sodium intake reasonable?
I've been eating clean for a year and I started tracking macros about a month ago and my sodium levels are always over my recommended amount
Counting macros is a bit of a pain in the ass, but there are a lot of alternatives to almost every food out there. You just have to take better control of your diet.
>>41876158
Eat more fruits and vegetables. Less stuff from a box or can. Check the sodium amount on whatever you buy before you buy it, if you're this autistic about it. Sweating a little helps
>>41876329
It's getting a lot easier now that I have been doing it a while. I am also amazed at how much more food I am able to eat while still being good on my calories.
Why don't more black women take advantage of their blessed genetics? They all literally have a head start.
>>41875926
2 reasons.
Firstly, your statement is a meme and not all niggers are "blessed".
Secondly, they're generally uneducated in matters of nutrition and fitness.
Instagram whores and quadroon models from NYC don't count.
>>41876019
this. also i think it is more likely to come across a strong looking black chick in southern cities.
>>41875926
>blessed genetics
Mate the only niggresses that look good have at least 50% white admixture, the pic you posted is a good example.
s is what 6 years of natty "lifting" gets you, why even fucking bother?
https://www.reddit.com/r/Fitness/comments/6ifqmf/first_cut_in_6_years_of_lifting160_lbs_to_144_lbs/
what if it is because he did not do a very good job at lifting :P
>>41875719
That´s what happened when you dont take the gym seriously.
>higher total than him counting only deadlifts in 8 months of training
L'MAYO
Fitizens who work a full time job:
do you go the gym before (morning) or after work (in the afternoon)?
Why?
I'm trying to figure out the pros and cons for either. I like the idea of going in the morning, but seems like a huge hassle compared to just going as you come home from work...
I prefer training beforehand because I like having a free schedule after work + I'm much more efficient in my workout when I know I'm time limited + I arrive to work with a pump going on which feels good
One con is that if you don't like eating during mornings (I hate it) you're going to be training on an empty stomach - eating pasta or oats the night before solves this problem for me.

>Go to work at 1000.
>Get home for 1900.
>Eat dinner, got to sleep at 2000.
>Wake up at 2300.
>Prep for gym.
>Get to gym before midnight.
>Work out until 0200.
>Go home.
>Protein Shake, meds and shower.
>Go to sleep until 0800.
>>41875743
Why do you sleep twice? Not having a go just curious as I know a few people who have started doing it?
wtf there's 4 chicken breasts in my package but the label says it weighs 1.3 kg
is it normal for one chicken breast to weigh 325 grams?
use a weighing scale
>>41875523
Holy shit, no. It should be 90-150g. Thats a pretty large range. Can u take a pic for us of the chicken breast?
>>41876485
>eating chickenlets

Hey, we both got the same skin over pec hanging low thing.
Have a nice day u look gud
A-are you not supposed to OHP in the squat rack?!
you're not even supposed to squat in squat rack below 225lbs for reps
just fucking snatch it, lay on your back and start squatting
>>41875327
If your gym has limited equipment then maybe be mindful about people who want to use the rack to squat. My gym is pretty serious so we have probably 20 racks so there is no problem if you even want to do curls in it.
>>41875356
Where else do you OHP?
Post your favorite isolation exercise!
>pic related
>>41875267
That's a compound exercise. Maybe you meant to post front squat?
>pic related
this is the GOAT exercise

autistic 4channer, didn't know who to ask
Is this a Klinefelter syndrome body? Avg height, 110lbs havent ever worked out ever, my hips/legs seem way wider than my non existant chest.
no issues with balls etc
help /fit/
No. I had your body four years ago, just lift and you'll look normal
>>41875174
You seem to be taking your picture from the fucking netherzone, so it's hard to tell, but:
>110lbs havent ever worked out ever,
Theeere you go. Now rattle your bones back to whatever plane you were conjured from.
>>41875174
You suffer from malnutrition and have thus permanently fucked up your bodily development. You likely do not have Klinefelter's syndrome though.
>Listening to conspiracy theories, you know me I like to stay woke at the gym
>Soy sauce decreases test levels
>Nearly drop set
>Power through
>Shitty work out after that
>Get home
>Check my cupboards
>Soy, Soy and more fucking Soy!!
I thought that deep soy was a meme, how do I get my test back up guys?
cannibalize your cummies for a fortnight
women contain too much estrogen
stick to dick for max test gains
>>41874869
It is not a fucking conspiracy theory that some plants contain natural phytoestrogens. Soy and flax seeds both have high levels of phytoetrogens and they always have had them. Synthetic estrogen mimicing chemicals however are put in tons of different things in our everyday lives: cosmetics, sunscreen, plastics pesticides, clothes, furniture.. etc. It fucking sucks but the big corporations don't give a fuck about anything but profit.
