/fit/ I'm a fat fuck and I'm desperate to boost my motivation by seeing fast results
I read about DNP online and found a vendor for it (and some other stuff like T-3) online, but they're based in Turkey and might be sketchy. on the plus side it seems like they specialize in roids (their name is literally "steroid bazaar"), so that might make it more legit? idk bro
is it worth it? will I die? You guys are the experts here

no source talk nice try DEA
>>41874858
hi fbi
what country are you in?
>never isolate biceps because /fit/ ridicules people who do them instead of just hitting them with compounds
>they're noticeably smaller than everything else
>giving shit about what autistic dyels think
>>41874848
I too fell for the "don't be a curlbro meme" now I have to do bicep isolations almost every other day
>>41874848
>>41874889
There's a huge difference between having a whole day dedicated to arms vs doing a set of hammer curls twice a week after your compounds. Middle ground is the answer here.
What's the best way to get good at sports you play with the lads at the gym or in the driveway, like basketball and football?
Get really big and muscle your way to victory, or spend that time working on developing skill in that sport (jumpshots and such)?
Is it enough to just have muscles? I feel like the shredded guys are always the ones who suck then get mad and start fouling everyone. But then again it would be nice to kill two birds with one stone by just focusing on muscles (looks/strength+game success) than focusing on sport skills and wasting time not getting big.
>>41874832
After getting swole i became way better at basketball
If you can't get pushed you can steal balls easily
>>41874868
Yeah I feel like a strong post-up game is really good since most normal guys can't shoot very far
>>41874832
you can be built like karl malone or built like charles barkley. both insanely strong, one had aesthetics.
i dont know your skill level obviously but if you're asking if you should bother working on your skills vs fitness/muscle its probably not too high a competition level.
You could just watch some coaching drills on youtube for the sports you lads play pick up.
or just try to shammgod whenever possible
How much volume is too much?
All the programs out their are for strength training so I have always done my own thing, i'm currently doing PPxPPLx, with each workout coming out to about 30-35 sets.
I'm still making progress, but could this progress be better if I adopt lower volume? How much is right?
>>41874798
Are you natty? Strength routine 3 days/week and cardio 3 days/week
Are you roiding? PPL or some other high volume brosplit
The reason for this is that, as a natty, you have a harder time recovering from any strain on muscles. Doing PPL or having like an entire day for chest just fatigues your muscles and makes it take even longer to recover. Steroids make it a different story.
As a natty you'd be best off doing something like SS (with chin-ups and dips) at least to start with, then progress to Texas or a fullbody routine. You don't want to do many accessories because, quite simply, they won't do anything. Have a decent (compound) lift for each major muscle group and do it once or twice a week, resting the rest of the time.

>>41874894
Sticky has no bodybuilding info though desu
>dude stop eating industrialized/fast food, it's bad for you
>eat these fruits and veggies full of poison and GMOs and this meat full of hormones instead
you literally cannot eat healthy these days unless you grow your own food and raise your own cattle.
>>41874657
if you life in a first world country its so easy to get good food not even joking
even if you're poor, honestly buying fresh food is ALWAYS cheaper and better
people act like fast food is so cheap but its fucking not at all, not compared to buying bulk veggies and eating leftovers for a week
I make one big pot of stew and that will last for a long time
every day I'll have some of my stew, just heat it up and maybe get some bread too.
so easy to make as well, as are most basic dishes.
>>41874657
>he doesnt grow his own food and raise his own cattle
lel
>>41874690
Vast food is actually really expensive compared to veggies and fruits in the right season. Just don't het fruit from the supermarkt because it's 4x the privé. Unless you live the US probably
Why hasn't /fit/ made the switch yet? dont lie to me: edition
>1 gram of protein per serving
whats the point
>>41874585
From le cow titty milk desu
>>41874585
if you're on keto the fat is pretty nice, plus it's a great base for protein shakes
>Incline is all you need for a full aesthetic developed chest
is this a meme? thinking about starting to add decline pressing but keep hearing people say "dude youll grow boobs lol"
dude you'll grow boobs lol
dude you'll grow boobs lol

should be a fitness instructor
should be fitness youtuber
Reminder
>natty lifting vs steroids
triples of truth. good luck fucking bitches when your too tired from squatting heavy to move. mind muscle connection is how muscle is built
>>41874333
pity reply checking in lol
>telling people who have never lifted before to do squats, one of the most difficult and prone to injury exercises
Why do you retards think this is a good idea?
>>41874293
The idea is that you haven't spent your entire life jerking off in front of a screen and that you have a basic level of flexibility and decent atheltism.
Even when I was a 14 years old DYEL 90lbs skelly I was able to do bodyweight squats below parallel from years of practicing stupid sports like soccer.
>>41874293
natural selection
>>41874304
>bodyweight squats
Like that guy who loaded 100 kilos on the first day and woke up in an ambulance?
Is lots of sleep necessesary in order to make gains? I don't sleep a lot so I'm wondering if I would make more progress if I slept more
Yeah, ur growing hormones come out the most when you're asleep
>>41874083
>pulled along on vacation with the family
>depression sets in due to being so out of comfort zone
>can't sleep at all
>18 and soon will stop growing
Just fuck my shit up, senpai
Sleep is more important than macros if you are trying to get stronger
>recommending anything other than PPL to beginners
>perpetuating memes like SS/SL
chest/back, shoulders/arms, legs
is a far superior split to ppl and results in bigger jucier arms.
>>41873951
Ur gehy.
Chest/tri
back/bi
legs/focus
twice a week for maximum gains, skip a leg day for max /aesthetics/
Iv decided after 4 years of being on a six figure salary that I am ready to put life first and just work a normal job that doesn't expect as much from me as my old job did. This has resulted in a massive pay cut but the lifestyle I have gained is worth it ten times over. For the first time in a long time however, Iv had to be mindful of what I spend on food. Iv allowed $20 a day on all food which for me has meant everything I eat is prepared at home, no more take out and eating at restaurants is now reserved for date nights with the gf. I'm doing ok so far, the gf eats what I eat and on the same budget so we normally go shopping every 2 days with an $80 budget to cover all meals (plus other basics like bathroom/kitchen stuff) for the next two.
Shopping list basically consists of
>eggs
>chicken breast
>pork and beef Mince
> brown rice
>whole meal pasta
>almond and/or peanut butter
>milk
>oats
>all fruit and veg that is reasonably priced
I was surprised at how well I was doing but I'm wondering if that's only because $20 per person a day is actually a ridiculous amount and you guys do it much tighter. I'm bulking and have to get 3100 cal
Share your budgets with me guys
>>$20 per person a day
>>$140 per week
>>$600 per month
wew lad, for that price, you should be able to afford fresh salmon/tuna
Groceries list is typical /fit/ food, nothing wrong here, but that seems like a lot of money for such a list. I eat like you, and average spend is ~50$ per person per week.
Either you're shopping at Whole Foods in SF, or you and your gf go through a shitload of shampoo and aluminium foil
>>41874222
Does the fact that I live in Australia make a difference? I couldn't imagine every stretching $50 to last a whole week
>>41873842
If you wouldn't mind, could you tell us a bit more about the job situation, what caused you to change, what are the benefits now.
Wondering because I'm in a similar situation thingken about a similar change.
So I've been lifting on a PPLPPLX routine for many months now. In addition I run 2 miles every other day and do 150 sit-ups and 120 push-ups nightly. Recently I've been getting more and more lethargic. Could this be CNS fatigue? If so, is there something I can do to cure it? Anything specific I should eat?
Could be diet. Are you taking your vitamins? Maybe iron deficient?
You are dying. Just lie down, and wait for death's cold embrace.
>>41873765
take an extra day off you wanker
Is plastic surgery OK if you have difficulties breathing through your nostrils your entire life, and as a result was a mouth breather since a child with deformed teeth and undeveloped jaw?
>>41873741
No, it's not OK.
Remove yourself from the genepool, you literal degenerate.
>>41873749
I'm gay anyways so I'm not planning on carrying on my genes or falling for the vagina jew.
The way I see if is I might as well fork out the cash if I've got it to slay as much ass as I want. If it corrects the issues I've always had then why not? The aesthetic gains are just a side benefit. It's essentially corrective surgery with a plus.
>>41873741
Holy shit OP's pics clearly shows that getting chad-like is only a matter of a few cm of jaw and confidence kek
