No, it isn't. I did this, and my triceps haven't grown an inch. You need to do exercises that stretches the tricep to hit the long head. I did 5kg incline dumbbells triceps extension, and my long head have never been this sore.

Really, being handsome is playing it on fucking easy. NIggas weren't liftin more than a bag of flour and the guy's bench was less than what a chick was benching at my gym today.

I only got 5 bucks, guys. What are some good bulking foods I can buy that'll last me the longest. I'm really underweight so I'm not too focused on how healthy it is, just tryna pack on the calories.

I'm thinking maybe a huge bag of rice maybe? Really tryna get the most longevity out of this. I'm 19 and currently in school and my parents don't want me to work so i can focus on grades. I get a little money for gas every week and occasionally some for snacks. But I figured instead of snacks Id buy some real food to help me ascend out of skelly mode.

Makes people who don't exercise feel better. I don't recall any effective exercise routine that used "steps" as a metric. So you get some dumbass saying "gotta get my steps in", or "wow, today I had 15,000 steps". Seriously, walking is a metric for fitness? Any tips for someone starting as a personal trainer? It's my first day and I know at least some of you work as one.
Or what would a PT have to be able to offer for you to see one? (I realize most of you are capable of using the internet to do my job)
If at all possible I would like to avoid the retarded exercises and momscience PTs are notorious for, but that seems to be part of the job.
