After every workout, I eat an omelette of 8-10 eggs, with onion/mushroom/ham.

I'm trying to cut down on meat consumption. Mostly because of cost. I dunno if eggs are ethically as bad as meat, IDGAF.

Since that liamrosen website doesn't seem to work and I'm tired of being a fat disgusting slob, I'd like some advice to getting started out. What would be the best dietary choice and what exercises would work best?

Why didn't I just google this shit? Because I want advice and I want to be able to laugh at the same time.

Firstly, weight loss is 99% diet, you can eat back 1hr of exercise in 2 minutes of weakness.
As for diet, get a calorie counting app like MyFitnessPal. Stop eating junk food, don't drink ANY calories.

Try to limit yourself to 2000kcal per day. This, assuming you are as fat as you say, will guarantee you lose weight at a good pace.
If you stick to lean meats, veg, fruit and rice/beans/lentils you will be able to do this without feeling too hungry all day.

This is important - IF YOU STICK TO THE NUMBERS YOU LITERALLY CANNOT FAIL.

I used to be fat, and I blamed it on all kinds of shit. But when I realised that it is literally impossible to fail to lose weight if you eat the correct calories, then I found it easy, and dropped 40lbs in 6 months.

Don't be overwhelmed either, just try and do what I've said, it doesn't have to be all or nothing, just keep trying to work towards a clean, calorie controlled diet. Be honest with yourself.

Things that help:
-prep meals ahead of time, it stops you buying convenience food
-drink SHITLOADS of water, often "hunger" is just dehydration being misinterpreted.
-again, don't drink ANY calories. Sodas are one of the biggest, but unnoticed causes of obesity.
-You can still have "bad" foods, just be honest with yourself, limit it as much as possible and try to have a smaller portion. Don't feel guilty or like you have failed, just carry on as normal.

Exercise is less important for weight loss. It helps with keeping, or gaining muscle, which helps you look good, but this is something you can work on as time goes by.

You do not need everything 100% in place from the get go, it is an evolving process of learning and trial and error to see how you feel most comfortable pursuing these goals.

You absolutely can do it.

I know that sitting is really bad for you, but I also heard that standing for long periods, like being a cashier or some sort of receptionist, is bad too. I have trouble believing that

I worked as a cashier for a few years, and it can cause bad posture habits when trying to stay comfortable and pain free.


A good way to combat it is to stand with knees unlocked slightly for a few minutes every half hour.
And of course try and walk around as much as possible.
Also work on mobility so you can sit into a third world squat when you get chance.
The human body evolved to be able to sit comfortably in a squat, modern life has taken that from us and it shows in the amount of posture problems people have.

Is it bad to soley lift for looks?

It can be, if you start obsessing over changes in appearance.

They take a long time, and are almost imperceptible on a week to week scale.
This is why steroids are so prevalent, because they do allow for visible short term changes in physique.

If you can keep your insecurity in check and always remind yourself that these things take time, then there is no harm in lifting for looks.

Tbh being good looking, for me it's not about getting laid.

Being good looking and aesthetic is the best thing because you get constant validation without even opening your mouth. You enter a room full of people as a 6'3+ 8/10 psl face and those people admire you (male and female) for your looks, even if they are not conscious about it.

Just by EXISTING, and nothing more, you are percived as "superior". Other people would never have what you got; you are displaying great genoma to the world, you are displaying something devine and beautiful: a perfectly formed human being.

I have it aswell. I know the feels of being scared to shake hands.
I use the drionic devices and they work for me. Bit of a pain but totally worth it.

Fairly new. Lifted on and off through my first year at college. Decided to actually pursue it this summer and into next year. Been lifting a couple months now (stronglifts 5x5) and I've definitely seen the weight on the bar go up but not really noticing any changes in my body. I'm not discouraged yet. I've definitely lost fat since this time last year (6' 185 lbs down to 165 lbs). I've gotten so many people remarking how skinny I am, even though I'm still kinda chubby in the stomach, that I don't want to bulk until summer is over so I can keep looking decent. I'm just afraid my lifts will suffer and I won't build any muscle.

i'd say im intermediate at the moment, but have performed some pretty advanced programs in the past.

cutting (permacutter) I've been cutting for sooo long. down to 212 from 260 plus (i used to be sub 12% bodyfat a decade ago). lifting for almost two years now- but stopped recently to focus on cardio. current program is running 5x per week 3 miles, with one set to failure of bodyweight exercises (im hoping this will balance out some strength) dips, body squats, push ups, pull ups, pike press.

my bodyfat percentage changes so fucking slow its crazy. ive literally been working out for since 2012 and still have plenty of bodyfat. but ive gotten much stronger.

i currently eat a low-carb high protein one mad a day at 7pm (OMAD). started doing that in january and saw some good gains. i try to do OMAD thru the weekend. (usually come close)

any tips or suggestions to lose more fat faster? i work out 5x per week and eat OMAD. Im about to literally fast/starve if i dont lose my gut in the next couple months

Don't fall for the high protein diet meme eat the same quantity of carbs and proteins per day preferably on non red meat,legumes and vegetables.

Work out less and eat no less than 1200 kc
