>How the fuck can you keep your sodium intake reasonable?
I've been eating clean for a year and I started tracking macros about a month ago and my sodium levels are always over my recommended amount
Counting macros is a bit of a pain in the ass, but there are a lot of alternatives to almost every food out there. You just have to take better control of your diet.

Eat more fruits and vegetables. Less stuff from a box or can. Check the sodium amount on whatever you buy before you buy it, if you're this autistic about it. Sweating a little helps

It's getting a lot easier now that I have been doing it a while. I am also amazed at how much more food I am able to eat while still being good on my calories.

Cut down on meet, up your intake of fruits and vegetables.

>not wanting protein
Vegans must die.
>he doesn't do low/high sodium days for some skin ripping pumps
People who dont understand salt and water = ultimate pre workout are likely fatties with pre existing bloat problems
I have yet to be convinced that I should give a shit about sodium so long as I hit my macros and calories correctly.

There's a lot of plant based food with better protein macros than meat
T. bigger than you

Big salt = big pump, anon.
As opposed to metaphorically not knowing what I'm saying?
