So /fit/ ive been training and eating clean foe about 6 months. Lost a ton of weight and gained a bit of muscle. However I cant find the motivation to keep going to the gym anymore.

I still eat clean but now that i actually have a more socially and academically active life the gym just burns me out. Any tips?

If you need energy: eat more. You can eat 1000 calories clean or 3000 calories clean, just depends what your goal is. If you're constantly sluggish, you may be in too deep a cut
If you need motivation: not always gonna be motivation good buddy. Just remember you're working towards a goal. Failing that, 300mg of caffeine and some death metal should do it as a short-term fix

I've just gone through an exam period and in this time my posture has completely been destroyed. I'm currently having some upper back and neck pains because of it.

What exercises would you guys recomend to straighten myself out?

So I got my blood results back, I have the test levels of an 80 YO man. Last year my level was like 350 and now I'm dealing with this. I'm only 26 y/o and have an appointment with a Urologist this friday to look over my results. He should just give me TRT with no bullshit based on levels this low right?
Any /fit/izens on TRT or delt with low test levels?

I keep looking at my alarm clock, and it takes me an hour to fall asleep. I think this sleeping trouble is messing with my gains. What do I do?

I use TDEE calculators online and some say as little as 1700 calories a day and as high as 2260. Where can I find an accurate number?

I'm at walmart and the 10 lb and 15lb feel too light. I like the 20 lb but it may be too heavy for all that swinging shit since I quickly googled imaged kettle bell exercises. I don't have unlimited data otherwise I'd go to YouTube. Anyways I wanted to get one or a pair so I get a bit stronger so I won't look pathetic at the gym. Advise please.
Also do the squatting kettle bells exercises come to a close second to squatting at the gym? Obviously it'll take more reps.
