Fitizens who work a full time job:
do you go the gym before (morning) or after work (in the afternoon)?
Why?

I'm trying to figure out the pros and cons for either. I like the idea of going in the morning, but seems like a huge hassle compared to just going as you come home from work...

One con is that if you don't like eating during mornings (I hate it) you're going to be training on an empty stomach - eating pasta or oats the night before solves this problem for me.

If your gym has limited equipment then maybe be mindful about people who want to use the rack to squat. My gym is pretty serious so we have probably 20 racks so there is no problem if you even want to do curls in it.

It is not a fucking conspiracy theory that some plants contain natural phytoestrogens. Soy and flax seeds both have high levels of phytoetrogens and they always have had them.
