That's what I did 2 years ago, went on 1 month holiday, drank daily, smoked even tho normally I don't smoke. Got back home, knew that gym was gonna be hell and I just lost so much progress. After 2 or 3 weeks of avoiding finally went... just 30-45 mins at first... 2 months later I was back at my previous strength levels.

Just did my first Legs day on PPLPPLX.

I started today (Saturday) on the L day.

Even though I've been lifting for 5 years it seemed pretty hard to do.

I did

Squats 5x5
Deadlifts 4x10 (Stiff-Leg)
((Quad dominant)) Leg Press 4x10
((Glute/Ham dominant)) Leg press 3x10
Leg Extensions 3 sets
Leg Curls 3 sets
Calf Raises 4 sets


Pretty fucking taxed right now, I'm use to doing Upper/Lower with much less volume put into one session, or even Full Body with even less volume put into one session.

But I do feel like I've really trained my lower body well.

Right now I cut out all animal fat , only eat lean cut or lean offal .
I avoid any vegetable oil beside coconut .
The only animal fat I eat is from fish.

I'm feeling big changes but they are hardly noticeable in pictures. For example the picture on the left is me at 320lbs earlier this year in feb and my fat was very thick and full, the picture on the right is me now at 260lbs everything feels like deflated flab with much less fat inside and a bunch of my old cothes fit me again and even feel a little lose around me but none of this is obvious in picture. It makes me realize how much more I have to do to get to where I want to get. Currently I'm doing intermediate fasting while smoking cannabis daily and working out daily by jump roping for 30mins to an hour and also lifting 30lbs dumbbells. I'm getting at working out harder and for longer periods. I work overnight security so at work is the only pace I work out and so I'm limited to my jump rope and dumbbells. How long before I see a six pack?

I'm a data fag, started being less of a fat faggot, working out, eating healthier and considerably less, and am seeing some decent results.

Next week I'm going to tweak a factor now that I have my baseline data, my experiment will last 2 weeks - I'm considering:

- Lowering average daily calorie intake by 200 calories/day
- Going vegan
- Going strict keto

What should I do to see fastest decrease in weight/fat percentage?

Despite what le reddit memes tell you, keto is a pretty tough diet and you should really learn how to count calories before you try it. Carb creep will kill you if you don't keep track reliably.
I'd recommend lowering average intake, though I'd aim for at least -500. Going - 200 means you only lose around 2 pounds per month. Slow progress can kill your motivation.

Also is that some app or a dashboard you made yourself?
