How to avoid omega 6 in your diet ?
How to add more omega 3 ?
Right now I cut out all animal fat , only eat lean cut or lean offal .
I avoid any vegetable oil beside coconut .
The only animal fat I eat is from fish.
I put spoonfuls of flax in my oats .

Tbh when I found out most pork fat contain 10% Poly omega 6 and Chicken fat 27% Poly omega 6 I dropped those fuckers hard .
