You don't need the bands, but I have them and use them and it's nice- just buy any cheap set, literally doesn't matter. As for straps, I have a pair of harbinger that are pretty comfy. Bought cheaper ones before and they dug into my wrists a lot

I don't plan on exercising during my fast, I start eating later in the afternoon, then I exercise in the evening. But I take amino acid pills during my fasting period because I heard you have to in order to prevent muscle loss.
Anyone here go long hours on just water alone?
Hgh prevents muscle loss, not amino acids. Although aminos increase hgh during fasted state.

I have started a workout program that has a 12-14 hour anabolic fasting period. What is your opinion on this? Also how did it workout for you? The nutrition aspect of this plan is pretty easy just veggies, fats, proteins, brown rice and sweet potatoes.
So far i am seeing good results, cutting without loosing PRs.
