Just did my first Legs day on PPLPPLX.
I started today (Saturday) on the L day.
Even though I've been lifting for 5 years it seemed pretty hard to do.
I did
Squats 5x5
Deadlifts 4x10 (Stiff-Leg)
((Quad dominant)) Leg Press 4x10
((Glute/Ham dominant)) Leg press 3x10
Leg Extensions 3 sets
Leg Curls 3 sets
Calf Raises 4 sets
Pretty fucking taxed right now, I'm use to doing Upper/Lower with much less volume put into one session, or even Full Body with even less volume put into one session.
But I do feel like I've really trained my lower body well.
