Train pull ups to increase number. After you can't do anymore, jump up and use that momentum to pull up. Then just slowly let yourself down for about 4 seconds (eccentric).
When I ran cross country, this is what we used:
Monday: sprints/repeats/tempo run
Tuesday: hill runs
Wednesday: slow, long distance. I usually did about 10 miles.
Thursday: whatever Monday wasn't
Friday: if no meet - long distance, easy run
Saturday: it varied. Sometimes 13.1 miles, sprints, kickball, etc.
Sunday: off
I was able to get to 16:57 for 5k. I've tapered on my running though so I'm not nearly as fast. Last official time was 18:34 (6 months ago). I want to get back into it though. It's been about 1.5 years since then.
My weighted pull up is at 120 lb added for 2 reps at 5'11, 170 lb.

Usually McDonald's, large fries and a Big Mac. I found that it's much better to keep only healthy foods at home, and if I wanna "cheat" go to a restaurant or take out and do it once, never buy in bulk.

I do Calisthenics every other day and today is my training day. I had a sore throat and fluish feeling in my bones earlier, but now I fell great. Can I still train, or could I be sick? I dont want to be sick for my old man.
You could do a relatively light day, or you could take an extra rest day. 1 more day won't effect your strength so don't stress it.
Haven't worked out in over 5 years and wanted to get /fit/ for confidence and stamina reasons

Before I started working out I weighed 187 and was a fatass, now I'm about 200 and am not as much of a fatass but why am I so heavy?
I've done intermittent fasting 18/6, and a diet of 2000 cals (cut) 50% protein 30% carbs 20% fat using Samsung Health. I drink a gallon of water per day and take creatine, BCAA's, and Infowars Vitamin Mineral fusion. I don't take rest days unless I feel too tired to work out.
I've done 3x10 PPL on machines and some free weights (side lateral raises, upward barbell row, standing military press, curls). Along with 15-45 minutes of cardio.
What am I doing wrong lads?

I need help. I've been browsing /fit/ for a couple weeks now and want to get a lean muscle physique. I'm 16, 135 lbs., and 5'10. Any advice for workouts?
Note: I don't really have access to weights and expensive equipment, so I'm limited to just body weight exercises.
