I just asked him on his Instagram live why did he hop off gear and he said that he realised that he doesn't have the exceptional genetic code to be on top and that he felt that he would need to push his body over the limits to succeed.
>Making it
He also said it's not worth it now that he is not competing anymore and also for longterm health reasons.
Who?

And also, I asked him what was his smallest waist size and he replied that he never measured it or his arms cause he would always feel disappointed

I've read that weight lifting shoes are optimal while training, so my question is: any pair of shoes that have plain sole can be used for this purpose?
Pic related, some guys in /fit/ recommend this ones
>t. shoe meme
ideally: oly shoes for squatting and pressing, flat shoes (like converse as you posted) for diddlies
>>41822296
Ive been using pic related for squats and deadlifts for the last 2 years or so.
Pretty good, however for squats, some people dont have the ankle mobility to do it without squat shoes. Also consider that because there is no cushioning, its basically like squating barefoot/ or with just socks.
Also mine are starting the fall apart after using them so much, just wear the cloth is glued to the rubber, I think the glue is starting to wear off lol.
Decent shoes overall, and they are hella cheap.
Hey /fit/, would this diet allow me to enter ketosis?
I have been contemplating eating 2 chicken breasts a day, one for breakfast and one for dinner. I know that chicken is right for a ketogenic diet, and 2Tbsp of ranch with each breast would be another 145cal each (94% fat, 5% carbs, 1% protein).
Please correct me if i'm wrong, but I feel that that is a great way to enter ketosis. I would appreciate help. Thank you.
Chicken thign instead, cheaper, fatter, taste better

Wouldn't the fat of the thigh bar me from losing more weight? If I could enter keto from my original idea, why do this? Pls respond
>>41822549
The idea of keto is you eat fat to lose fat. I know how it sounds but it goes something like this: your body regards fat more valuable than carbs/sugar, so only if you have excess fat would your body be willing to spend it.
The fat you consume keeps you energetic and if you are at a deficit, your body draws energy from stored fat, hence losing weight.
Also you tend to eat less/less hungry from eating fatty food.
>snatch grip deadlifts
>with deadlifting bar that is longer than normal power bar
ill order one bullet to my forehead please
>>41822174
you don't have to grip at the end of the bar in a snatch you know

What does /fit/ think of this /NATTY/ routine? 3x a week frequency seems a bit retarded but other than that seems pretty legit.

22 and realised by temporal regions and hairline have betrayed me. I've only been lifting for 2 months so the bald look is out of the window.
I've come across Minoxidil, what have your experiences with this been like /fit/?
If you can't run a 10k in under an hour you are kind of a peasant no matter how much you lift or how much you earn.
>I run a 10k on saturday and another on sunday and thats my cardio for the week.
Prove to me that you're just not a bunch of commoners.
>anon ran a 59:59 10k
10K UNDER AN HOUR BENCHMARK OF FITNESS EVERYONE WORSE THAN ME IS A LOSER FUCK
I run as meditation.
It used to just be a mile - that's all I could do. Then it was 5k. Then 10k. Then a half marathon. But they all still held a piece of my life that gives me a calm, peaceful feeling.
So I don't care how fast, or slow, someone runs. I lift for me. I do martial arts for me. And do you know who I run for? Certainly not some random shitposter in fit.
>>41821549
I ran + a bit of walking 10k in under an hour when i had to get home from a nachspiel.
didnt seem like a difficult goal.

They are trying to push the manlet agenda meme now.
when will manlets learn?
I hate clubs. They're so loud, the music is never something I like, they peddle gains killing alcohol, and I feel out of place. Why couldn't clubs be like 19th century parties with soft piano music playing in the background and people not getting black out drunk like they're still undergrads
>>41821685
>Why couldn't clubs be like 19th century parties with soft piano music playing in the background and people not getting black out drunk like they're still undergrads
Because they'd be empty and eventually bankrupt? Just a guess.
>>41821712
I mean why couldn't that shit be popular instead of the degenerate hell holes that are clubs
Essentially a rhetorical question
