How should I workout, /fit/? I used to swim and practice fencing, but got a little overweight because of my studies. I'm aiming at classical body ideal (pic kinda rel). Should I go to gym and ask a professional or start some kind of home-based workout and running/swimming?

ITT Post your diets and have others critique them:
I'm only taking in 1600 calories a day maximum, which is an 800 calorie cut.
Every morning I have a protein shake with a banana and coffee for flavor (275 calories) and lunch is always a peanut butter sandwich (310 calories, and yeah, I make sure that it's actually only one serving of peanut butter before you ask.) I also take 15 calories worth of vitamin cummies.
Dinner is kind of a work in progress but is usually either cottage cheese + tuna + a couple cups of veggies (blended) or rice + veggies and eggs with some seasoning. I've also made some vegetarian chili (meat is expensive and calorie dense). These meals always clock in at less than a thousand calories, usually right around the 800 mark. I keep 100 cal granola bars around for snacks too, which I usually only have 1 a day.
My plan is to keep learning new recipes, but generally stay at the 1600 calorie mark, and hit my goal weight of 160 by sometime around March of next year. After that (or if I stop hating my body so much before that) I'll probably start a bulk. But at 160, 1600 calories would be my maintenance need, so I could just keep maintaining the diet I've set forth.
Am I being a gigantic faggot somehow in this? Aside from blogging, that is?

Monotheist "priests" can hardly be called priests as they don't actually act on anything sacred.
So I've been hammering myself for at least 5 days a week for the past three months. Made decent gains, probably a bit easier than most since I used to lift heavily a couple of years back. Thing is, my lower back is shit and two days of not not lifting seems like I'm cheating myself out of gains. I figured I want to work on flexibility and endurance on the sixth day since I've never really been that flexible and I fucking hate cardio. Male gymnists have, in my opinion, the ideal body type and that is something I want to aim for. Any suggestions for what to do on that sixth day? So far I've started with deadhangs and hanging leg raises but any methods that both build muscle and flexibility would be welcome suggestions.

I went real heavy on my biceps yesterday, well heavy for me and now my left one feels in a lot of pain. It's like the regular doms soreness but it feels a lot more intense and centered on the middle of it. I can still move it fine but it really hurts to do it especially when I extend my arm.
I was told bicep tears usually result in shoulder pain by my shoulders feel completely fine, it's literally just the center of the bicep and it feels like a mix of doms and sharp pain when I extend my arm too much.
Did I tear it? Should I give it a few days more to recover? Anyone else felt this shit?

A bicep tear is a sudden pain. You'd really know it if it happened. Pretty much as long as nothing hurts on the day even if it hurts like a mother fucker the day after you are fine.

During squat warm ups in my 3rd week of SS i found i couldnt do them properly as the upper and inner part of my left thigh hurt. The pain reached a bit from near my groin to about midway or so down the thigh, and it wasnt soreness.
I want to say it felt like a "string" but i dont want my retardation to suggest hamstring or something cause i wouldnt know
