That's stupid, weighing yourself in the morning reduces variation since in most cases the 8 hours before you weighed yourself will be exactly the same (sleeping, no eating or drinking, no going to the toilet). If you weigh yourself at dinner you're introducing too many things that could make your weight go one way or another on a day to day basis.
