I know SS can be boring but it really is best to start with a strength based routine before you move into a bodybuilding/aesthetics one. The stronger you get the higher the weight you can rep, and the higher the weight you can rep the bigger pay off it will have on someone that is natty. Best route would be SS until you max out on the big 3, will probably take a few months then move to some kind of PPL or UL split. Make sure to eat above maintenance too but that should go without saying.

best thing I can tell you to do is to switch up your exercises and deload when you're doing pulling. If exercise is aggravating the pain and you keep doing those exercises, you're going to keep getting pain.

Start off with unresisted flexion and extension stretches, make sure to hit the bis, tris, wrist flexors and extensors. Add resistance with 1-2kg increments or resistance bands until you're back at it.

Otherwise, you can try breaking down the compound chinups into a lot of smaller movements if you want to hit the muscles individually. The pain may be the result of instability or weakness. Give it time to resolve.

This is my first time on this board, so pls no bully I'm just trying to self improve.

I'm currently extremely skinny with barely any muscle. I'd like to begin working out at home, but I'm not interested in looking better, I just want to get stronger. Are there any routine exercises to start doing at home to just help me gain strength? Not necessarily to get me ripped, just to get me physically stronger.

Depends on how much you are willing to spend on weights for home use. You can start with push ups and if you can some pull ups. If you are willing to buy a bar and or a power rack for home gym you can start deadlifting and squatting as well as bench pressing. Generally getting stronger and looking better come together so long as you dont go over board bulking. Id recommend getting a gym membership, reading sticky, and lurking more.

Does anybody have a binge eating problem? I've been running 5 times as well as well as gym 4 times a week but my diet is shit. Most days I eat good but then one day I'll have a few beers which turns in a bunch of pints and a load of shit food.

A strong person deadlifting 650lbs feels the same way a skinny person feels deadlifting 100lbs.

Any weight below the 650lbs mark for the strong person will feel fairly easy to lift. Just like anything the skinny person lifts under 100lbs will feel easy for him.
