i think i would have gotten there faster with accessory work added in but deadlifting in the 500s will do it

if you are doing the "slow and squeeze" with lightweight dumbbells you dont know anatomy
your traps are extremely strong, they are the stabilising muscles for your shoulders
you can shrug way more than you could deadlift, for example
