Is it worth doing deadlifts and squats with big weights if you're not a powerlifter? I used to do 3x5 with big ass weights (4me) but now I'm considering switching to 4x10-12 with small weights for squats and dl

hi fit. I got a mole removed next to my crotch and it looks awful. Is this just pre scabbing or does it look like it could be infected? I've been showering daily w/ soap and have washed my sheets and never wear the name pair of undies more than once a day

I haven't started my muscle diet yet but I've read the sticky and figured out that one of my meals is gonna be the classic chicken breast whole rice broccoli thing that you fuckers eat.

Now, I find this meal agreeable, however, I have no idea what to and when. I've decided that having three meals per day is something that I'd like to do.

The problem is that I don't know what to have for breakfast, what to have for dinner, and what to finish the fucking day with. I'd like some suggestions for that.

I also need meal suggestions to get a good rotation of meals going.

My first instinct is to include some of these ingredients.

Yo people,
Would appreciate it if people with experience in deadlifting could watch my video and give me feedback on my form.

I try to leg press the weight up but it still feels like I'm just using too much of my back to lift the weight.

I don't normally use straps nor a belt but I was experimenting to see if they helped (same with the hook grip for the deficit deadlifts).

I've plateaued at 242.5kg/530lbs and am keen to lift more. What's worked for you in terms of technique and assistance lifts/deadlift variants?

Wrong place to ask that, 99% of people don't even deadlift 140kgs, you can try /plg/ tho. Other than that not sure if i's just video angle but it looks like you're not fully locking out.
