I'm applying for support worker jobs with disabled people to get experience to study occupational therapy. It seems work with learning difficulties is the easiest to come by because of the staff turnover.
I have (mild) Asperger's, will it help or hurt my application to disclose this?
I mean, I'm gay so I've got enough minority points to get by on equal opportunities hiring but was wondering if my own fucked up brain would be a plus to employers

So last night I asked my girlfriend if she was alright..since some of her texts were getting a bit shorter. She said she was fine, but I didn't believe her, so I asked a few more times. She then said that I was really annoying her and that I should stop asking. This morning, I sent her a message saying "Good Morning" like we always do...but she didn't open it. I hate being 22 and having no money. I hate having to count money to see if I can get something I want and find out I don't have enough to pay bills and get it so I have to wait another week to see if my check next time can get it. I hate seeing a paycheck with 300 dollars and thinking to myself wow I got alot of money this week then realising how small that amount is.
I know the obvious answer is college but how can I get more money. My job is 30+ hours a week in retail with min wage and no way to climb up since it's union. And most jobs I am looking for is just min wage also and anything higher requires a year or so of experience.
I want more money, I want to climb, I want to be successful, and I'm ready and willing to put the work in but I just don't know where to start

If you are like 99 out of 100 guys though, this will be an all around shitty situation that you wont enjoy. Guys and girls generally cant be "just friends" without there being some sort of sexual tension coming from one of the parties involved. Its just human biology. The only exceptions to this rule, at least for me, is when a girl is dating a friend of mine, or Ive known them since I was a little kid, or they are related to me. In all other scenarios, there will be sexual tension either from you or from her.
My advice is to let it go. I mean yeah if you truly value your friendship that much, i guess go for it. But personally if a chick broke up from me i wouldnt be able to be "just friends" with her. Id only be doing it to get in her pants again, which generally isnt going to happen.

So my gf of 6 months told be today that she identifies as "queer" and "bisexual." She told me about her past relationship, which she had in high school, and she basically said that they'd been friends for a couple years and decided they loved each other and started "making out." It's almost like a stereotype because she went to an all-girls Catholic school, and this just seems like an example of a 16-17 year old Catholic school girl who's sexually repressed making out with a girl friend of hers during her senior year.
In another time, she probably would have grown out of it and put it behind her. But because of the damn internet and tumblr, she now identifies as "queer" and "bisexual," and because of that, even calls herself "LGBTQ+." And it's so obvious that she also just loves the community and validation that comes with identifying that way and getting to complain about "heteronormativity" and "traditional gender roles."
I like her, she's otherwise a great, nice person, and we are quite compatible. But she's let the corrupting parts of the internet make her define herself by youthful experimentation instead of just growing up. And it's a huge turnoff for me because I want to have a family one day, and I wish she could just put all this behind her. Because I wouldn't want her to push these ideas in the household and have my future kids grow up thinking they have a queer mom and some kind of alternative family. I've known people who've come from households like that, and they don't turn out well in my experience. It's especially unsettling for children to be confronted with sexuality so young.
