I'm applying for support worker jobs with disabled people to get experience to study occupational therapy. It seems work with learning difficulties is the easiest to come by because of the staff turnover.
I have (mild) Asperger's, will it help or hurt my application to disclose this?
I mean, I'm gay so I've got enough minority points to get by on equal opportunities hiring but was wondering if my own fucked up brain would be a plus to employers
Cheers
that's like saying I'd work well with children because I'm retarded, I understand them better.

Yeah, I thought that.
I'd have to get to interview for them to see I'm actually high functioning. Maybe I'll disclose it in interview, not on paper

yeah best bet. don't mention the queer shit, nobody wants to know. except if you're in SJW-infest thing and you're one of the alphabet pronoun peoples.
oh and good luck.

Nope, and I don't have blue hair either. Other than gay aspie I am very bland
Thanks!

Don't mention you're autistic, employers don't want to deal with it.
