On the off-chance this isn't bait, lemme give you some advice.

1) Spend less time on your butt. Stand more, be active more. When stationary, try to lay down rather than sit.

2) Go to CVS/Rite Aid and pick up some wet wipes with Witch Hazel, or just a bottle of Witch Hazel and some cotton pads, if you're feeling frisky. Use these to clean your area. The WH reduces inflammation and will really help, I promise.

3) Visit to the doc to make sure it isn't so bad it needs to be removed. That's rare, but it can happen.

and finally if they dont improve, get him on stool softeners that will make it slide out with less struggle.

Yeah we have great physical chemistry. It's likely that I'm over-exaggerating the amount that I self-deprecate in my head.
