Let's get that out on the tray...
hear that hiss?
mm...not bad!
oh wow... that's simply delicious coffee, with a deep aroma of cocoa aftertaste
what have guns done for you, outside of shooting?
It got me, someone who never really had any tools or much use of tools, into finally having a drill, dremel, light benchvice, small collection of wrenches, punches, knives and sharpening stones.
Now I want to shop for an axe, just to learn and have an axe on hand.
>>32443046
Get a husqvarna multipurpose axe or as it was called when I got it forest axe, if you can't afford a wetterlings or gransfors bruks.
Or be a True American™ and hang a old vintage axe head on a new handle. Regardless you'll need some linseed oil and some wax.
But not much, I've hunt squirrel with my .22 but besides that not much has changed since I got into guns.
Made me quit wasting my life on video games because I couldn't afford both. Got me out of my NEETcave and into the real world.
Freed me from liberal indoctrination as a whole. Getting off autismbux also helped me see what a cancer it is.
Turned my relationship chances from slim to subzero, freeing up a lot of money in the long run.
I wouldn't say they made my life good but it is less bad.
>>32443066
Well, while I did just put down some cash to complete my AR, I am eyeing that Hults Bruk Akka for $160.
I wouldn't really mind going for the Husqvarna multipurpose since at $60, I can have a bit of breathing room if I don't continue to use the axe a lot in the future, but there's been a good few reviews on amazon where the axe blade just broke off at nearly the exact same place (Husqvarna logo).
Would it matter for someone who might not be putting that axe to serious work? Probably not, but that same location of issues really doesn't sit well.
How about we talk about the future of weaponry/warfare
Will aim asissted weapons be a thing? right now integrating computers into small arms is a retarded idea, but the same could be said of semi-auto rifles back in the late 1800s, all it took was one world war to change that, I feel the same could be said for recoil and aim assistance systems within small arms.
Will small arms even still be relevant in the future though?
>>32443032
There will always, ALWAYS be a place for infantry. As long as there are boots on the ground, those boots will need rifles. Small arms aren't going away, even if they do change.
>>32443219
not only that, but you cannot invade or occupy an area without guys with guns in their hands coercing civs
>>32443226
Exactly. The modern battlefield may be decided in the air but I've never seen a jet occupy a city.
If I kill myself with a 4 winds shotgun would the liberals still count it as a "gun death" on their BS statistics?
>>32442994
yes
>>32442994
Who's the sperm berm?
>>32443004
Her name is helga and she's been getting beared since she was 8. Used goods bro.
Put an ATGM on this, wire controls and optics with a camera to a monitor at the base of the elevator. Missile has no recoil so no tipping over. Shoot from behind houses (maybe with you in the ground floor, if they hit the actual platform and some metal parts fly around) or hills. Why does this not exist yet? I mean Arabs and Kurds make Playstation controller machinegun turrets...
also, the elevator could be on wheels with those leg things mobile cranes and SPA extend out.
>>32442753
It's a guided missile, just Fucking aim up before the hill
When a wire is spooling out of a rocket tube it has enough momentum to carry it pretty far along the direction of the tube, without hitting obstacles.
>>32442761
How do you plan on controlling it?
Do you guys actually take this seriously or is this more like a RP thing among gun owners?
For example, I love to plan about my SHTF set up, even though I know that it will probably never happen and that if something did happen it wouldn't be very likely for me to survive.
Do you guys actually have a set up that you clearly have for this sole purpose? If so, what is it and what is your idea of SHTF?
>>32442709
Generally I follow my TA-50 loadout I had in the army in a civilian version for SHTF which includes basic survival shit. I don't go over the top with it like some folks do.
Most of /k/'s idea of surviving SHTF is absolutely outrageous and outlandish, generally anti-social and autistic because they believe it's all about massive stockpiles of guns and ammo, bullet-proof vests and killing people.
Its kinda like small time drug dealers buying a throwaway gun. It makes them feel gangsta when they show their buddies as they watch Scarface and pretend they'll be that big slinging dime bags, and they are paranoid enough of real crooks trying to kill them that having a gun makes them feel safer.
>>32442709
It's fun to intellectually masturbate to SHTFantasy because it appeals to primal instincts that all gun loving men have, but I don't take it too seriously and was under the impression that most mentally healthy people don't either.
>>32442597
get your bullshit hi-power away from my lens you fucking knob
glass is expensive
>>32442597
i don't trust anyone that has a gun pointed at me.

What are the best operating jackets? Whether that be in combat, SHTF, extreme conditions, or simply just hiking in the outdoors... what would /k/ say?
the one that keeps you warm and has lots of pockets
Best insulated pocket harness imo

>>32442323
Combat shirt or something like a bdu jacket in hot weather. For colder weather, a softshell or polycotton one over appropriate layers. Softshells are a bit more water resistant but less breathable. Also their durability is a little doubtful and most have a short cut, while a parka is better for extended cold. Parkas and smocks are usually made from polycotton, don't really know why. The pockets can be useful or annoxing depending on your gear.
Name one thing that the US has superior to the Australian army and lemme refute it easily

ITT: /k/ related gifts
Only /k/ gift was this small cleaning kit from my dad. I was going to get one for myself but this seems pretty all-encompassing.
Other than some good oil, will I really need anything else?
Also, post all /k/ related gifts you received/delivered today.
