/k/ I need your help.
Effective Jan 1st Missouri will be stand your ground state and constitutional carry. Normally this would call for celebration. But I live in STL and so far I've noticed everyone here hates eachother.
This place is going to become a shooting range and what will soon be refereed to as "Where the race war started".
I need to get a gun ASAP. Maybe 2. I'm left handed and I don't want to spend over $500, I need the rest for bullet proof vest and grenades.
I looked at the Beretta nano but I want to see other options.
>>32456759
You are a conspiritard idiot.
>>32456759
Funny post faggot.
In the 1% chance you're serious, you can't buy grenades you dumbass nigger, it's not going to become a shooting range, you should have months of practice with any given firearm before carrying it or you're just going to hurt yourself.
Did you chose an autistic left handed kid shooting to represent yourself? Or is that actually you?
Buy a hi-point. That way when you shoot someone it just looks like more black on black gang violence. It's a cheap enough gun to dispose on location too. If you're all out race war concerned then get a glock, fantastic value for money.
Finally Did it /K/ I got my first gun. How did I do.

Why was the American submarine campaign in the Pacific theatre so successful whereas the German submarine campaign in the Atlantic was a complete failure? America submarines were able to completely cripple Japan whereas the German U-boats were unable to even make a dent in Royal Navy.
>>32456592
Because the Allies actually had a navy to fight the German submarines whereas the Japanese navy was busy getting its ass kicked up and down the Pacific.
is /k/ still the easiest board to bait? let's find out

Hey /k/ what is the best lever gun I can get for sub $500?
What caliber should I get that will optimize the potential of the lever action?
>>32456235
.45-70
Any model 92 clone is the top of lever design in pistol calibers.
>>32456235
Marlin 336 in 30-30 is a great choice, as long as it's either a new one or one from before Remington bought the company.
Does a budget bolt action such as the Ruger American surpass any milsurp in quality, accuracy, sturdiness and reliability?
Or are there still old milsurps which are still superior to modern cheap bolt actions?
>>32455916
finnish m39 is far better and so is a 1903 sprinfield. Alot of guns are better.

Surely modern technology and methods of producing make products superior to old rifles such as those?
Could anybody identify this make / model for me

loots like it might be a rifle of some kind

can we get a clear picture of any markings?
hello /k/ thought i would talk here.
Used to way 256 got down to 173 at 180 right now applied for OCS college option got it going through basic on VBL, I feel like I am worthless, I come home can't do anything right. Hell at basic I almost became a non trainer cause I could not zero with the rifle. Had to hand grenades. I cant lead for shit with the privates and frankly feel like I am more a liability to the army. this is something I always wanted to do and be and I feel pride wearing the uniform but otherwise I feel like I cant do anything right and do not want to get people killed
Dude I'm on VBL from basic at Jackson myself you'll be okay before I joined I shot a lot of rifle like 3 gun and stuff but I only got sharpshooter. They don't feed us well we don't sleep enough we are/we're all sick as hell we should expect to preform like crap. Just keep pushing it's all we can do I was supposed to come home and tell my family that my wife is pregnant and go get ultrasound pictures and shit. Day one of VBL literally as we are still in the car on Fort Jackson she tells me we lost the baby now I barely give a shit to go back if it wasn't for the whole awol thing I have no motivation to push it's rough man I know but push through it you'll be fine. Only thing I got left to worry about if FTX 3 and our final pt test since I kinda lost my motivation to work out on VBL but fuck it I'll kill that shit when I get back. Don't know where basic is for you man but lean on a battle buddy that's what we are here for.
>>32455673
You're a faggot. Basic was easy as shit.
>>32455848
Sorry about the baby.
It sounds like confidence issues bro, it sounds like you need to double down and stop doubting yourself.
It sounds like there is something, in your past fucking with your head. (maybe because you used to be heavy it's effecting your self value.)
The things you are doubting about yourself, others may not even see. They will see they you are lacking confidence.
So it's time to train up, go watch some vids on youtube about how to zero your shit then go do it again and again and get it right.
It's time to watch some videos/or find people who you see as good leaders and copy the way they act. You need to stop doubting yourself.
Just go hard, and if you don't like what you are doing. Find something better, that you do like.
Be adaptable and fix your shit.
Don't let the Jews make you self doubt yourself.

Is there like a written history of Assassins?
Are assassins real?
What kind of equipment/weapons do assassins use?
>>32454886
Rosalio 'Bart' Reta was inducted into the Los Zetas gang when he was 17 years old.
He was transported to a remote part of Mexico to receive training from Rogue/Former Colombian special forces officers.
They were then stationed in Laredo, TX and performed hits on both sides of the US/MEXICO border. They were paid 5k USD a week and received commissions of 10k USD to 70k USD for completed assignments.
Reta is known to be a fan of the M4 carbine weapons platform and using a large hunting kife.
>>32454886
Clearly the cartels and other organized crime groups employ people ( like this fuck mentioned above) who are basiclly assassins. As did the mob (at least at one time). I think their is alot of myth at work though. The Hollywood movie assassin is mostly a work of fiction. One interview on the subject I saw featured an FBI agent who said he estimated the average murder for hire in the US was less than 300 dollars ( mostly just hood rats doing hood rat shit).
You should check out the iceman documentaries though, if you have not already.

I mean there has to be professionals who eventually retire right?
right?

>>32454859
Good? Sure. Best? Get in line after the Beretta 92 series, HK Mk23 and USP....
I still want one, though. It's a cool gun that's horribly underrated, mostly thanks to Glock stealing its thunder early on.
>>32454923
None of those have 18 round capacity double feed magazines.
Hey /k/, isn't it smarter tactically to sit down to pee? why do guys still stand up for the most part?
Pros of sitting down to pee-
1: Easy access to your firearm
2: Back isn't to the door most of the time
3: Can poop at the same time
4: Can watch porn at the same time
Pros of standing up-
1: I guess you could run away from a hostile if you wanted to, but then you'd get piss all over yourself nasty fuck
2: The cops will think you pissed yourself
3: Are there actually any pros???
What are the chances of being attacked while in the shitter
>>32454849
What are the chances of being attacked at all? Why do you even need a gun if you feel statistically unlikely things are irrelevant?

Is there front sights that act like a gas block?
>>32454666
Never heard of the M16?
Triangle block, silly anon
>>32454666
And that is why you build your AR and not buy your optics only Walmart special that probably only half runs any way like OP did
Yes, there is the standard Front Sight Base/gas block. They are typically pinned to the barrel, but you can get them that fasten by set screw.
There are gas blocks with folding sights, but I'm not sure how well they would actually hold up.
If you are planning on further upgrades down the line, you could just get a low profile gas block with a longer free float tube to go over it. Then mount your sights to the tube.
