lets see I have gone hunting as a kid decent shot with a rifle at least currently dont have a gun but goin to get my concealed carry as i live in a shit neighborhood and I am looking for mhy first home so i guess im interested in a good shotgun for home defense as well and im not a shaky pussy who wants a gun because im a pussy i just want to be ready something good for a beginer that wont break the bank but actually gets the job done pistol and shotgun wise

I own a carbine in AR furniture chambered in 9mm.

I like it, it accepts glock mags which is nice. Its called JRC (just right carbine)

If we're talking ballistics, 9x19 can almost reach .357 Mag velocities out of a 16" barrel iirc. Definitely adds a bit of "umph" to the cartridge over a standard 4" barrel.

It should also be noted that 9x19mm tends to start losing speed past the 14"-15" mark. In some cases, 16" is already suboptimal (due to faster burning powder used in pistol cartridges).

Also why is using "condition" terms bad for Glock? I pretty much use "condition 1" and "condition 3" universally.

When I'm storing or transporting a gun I keep empty or with a full magazine in place. When I'm using it for a self protection I keep it with a round chambered.

Depends on the weather. In winter and fall I carry a uspc and a shield. Failing this my fists work fine in a scuffle.

Either way a huge part of it is how big the navy and airforce are. Most countries cannot compete because they just dont have the vehicles to transport supplies at the same rate as the US. Also the US spends way more on the military than any other country enabling them to purchase and operate said vehicles

Its the most important factor in war because an army without supplies is an army that cant fight.

The US is the best at it because we have the biggest military. We have the two biggest airforces in the world (airforce and navy branches), along with the largest navy.

Fighting two world wars and having to get supplies and material from North America to Europe (and africa, asia, the entire god damn pacific, basically the world) quickly and in high enough quantities also made the US pros at logistics. Our ability to not only mass produce war material but get it to where it needs to be, even if that place is across the ocean and over mountains all while under threat by enemy forces - is what ultimately turned both those wars from bloody meatgrinder stalemates into a one sided ass kicking. The fact we sent troops is actually quite minor when compared to the effect our logistics train had.

Our logistics capabilities also is the reason why our military is present across the entire globe - while other world powers are mostly limited to their backyards. We not only have the military forces but the ability to keep them supplied no matter the circumstances anywhere on earth.

I own 2 Beretta 92fs, they were a gift from my dad.

The only use i see for using two at the same time would be to keep a sight picture on a far away target (15-25 meters) and your less dominant hand aiming at a very short distance target, if not against someone.

other effective uses would be having to place a lot of lead down range in a matter of speed over accuracy, i suppose a crowd of targets or firing from a moving vehicle.

the most practical use i can see for them being IDENTICAL would be to have a very specific knowledge of a firearm (in this case lets say you feel very comfortable operating a 92fs or 1911 lets say}, and need a backup in case of failure.

its actually more effective to "dual wield" two different weapons. if you ahve identical weapons you cjust reload the next mag and keep dumping identical mags. but two different firearms could be veyr useful, say a 32 round glock for suppressive fire, and a 45 acp for a close target that needs immediate knockdown/armored/etc.
