Hey, don't know if i show post this in here or in /r/. But im trying to make a change from Weight Lifting to Crossfit.
I've been lifting for about three years now and more or less looking for a change. But Have no Idea where to start. So just looking for good recommendations on Crossfit workouts or where to find a good one.

Maybe look for a gym that trains strongman or olympic lifting or even go train mma or something. You need to be careful with crossfit for reasons like this >>42504077
