Recently I started working out again on the road to ottermode but is it even worth it?? I mean even with a good body, I'm still a virgin robot
decided to get back to being /fit/ but I've lost my way so I came to the masters. Any workout/eating style recommends? And is there a way to correct my birdchest this late in the game?? I'm 18

Used to have help from my friends who lifted, they gave me tips and shit. But they were upperclassmen who graduated last year
