So Im new to /fit and did not see any thread about running. So i thought i try to start a thread about it and maybe get some help on the way as well and we could help each other.
with goals and technic perhaps?
And do please tell about your experience with running.

So i been running for a year now i i have just hard to get much faster in a distance. It really irritates me and i want to me more competitive.
I runned just for 2 hours ago. I do 10km in around 47 min with hills and and elevation. so not plain ground at all, but still im not happy when i read that pro's can click of marathon in 2 hours. i want to take it to the next level but don't know the approach.
I run 2-3 times per week. 10km every time.

OP, have you tried to run for longer distances but at slower paces? perhaps warm up with a slow pace for the first mile and increase as you garner distance. you should google distance training as a 10k is approx. 6 miles. a half marathon is 13.1mi and a full marathon is 26.2 mi. try to reach 10mi during one of your sessions. start slow and increase. try to hold out as long as you can on the highest comfortable pace. feel free to slow down pace when you feel tired. feel free to power walk as well. just suggestions....

If you are talking about pure muscle building then yes it absolutely does.
However I'm not really into building muscles as i don't see that lead me into happiness. Love my body as it is now.

So /fit/, is Greyskulls LP (pic related) really an intermediate program? I did it for the first time today with some accessories and it felt good, but I feel like it's less intensity than SL.

(I eat near maintenance on my lifting days so I cut at an average deficit of ~1400 kCal/day or roughly cutting 1kg per week assuming a fat to lbm loss of 0.2 : 0.8)

I know what I'm doing is pretty retarded, it's an experiment. I consume a lot of fibrous foods with my carbs on lift days (Goji berries, carrots, bannas etc.) which helps with my cravings. On my rest days I consume MCT oil early after my fasted cardio in the morning which kickstarts that metabolism faster.

I started drinking COFFEE.. I started drinking 3-4 cups a day for two days straight. Iv completly dropped it now, but on days that I do drink it i could legitimatly rip my hair out in the shower by the handful.. I stopped drinking it and the hairloss stopped near immediately.


So what the fuck is up with that? Is coffee the liquid jew of hairloss, or an I missing something?

I'm looking to pick up a new hobby. Preferrably something that makes me sweat and kicks my ass. What boosts testosterone?

I'm thinking Gymnastics (I don't care what anyone says, that shit is manly tas hell) or training to fight (leaning towards Muay Thai but I'm open to something else). I don't want to grapple all day, though.

I already lift and I'm in pretty great shape so I'm just looking for something to spice things up. I want to be a walking testosterone machine lol
