It usually goes like this
>talk to them for a minute
>sociable as fuck, no autismo
>coversation about current thing ends
>run out of things to talk about
>look down and go quiet

What are some common topics I can talk about to everybody that wont make me look like an autist? Also what questions to ask girls to start coversations? This is my biggest weakness /fit/, help.

I reached the conclusion that despite my height and gains and cuts and nice clothing and easygoing demeanor, my goofy face is holding me back from experiencing all the admiration that women have to offer. I don't think I'm too bad looking, I'd rate myself a 5 or 6 out of 10. I'm aware of the hypothesis that women find the average male face pretty ugly though.

How to improve facial aesthetics?

Thinking about doing a tren cycle as I've heard it gives you facial beauty gains.

Any advice for ass workouts? I need some more strength there, when in Highschool I didn't do enough lower body. I'm not seeing many good Gluteus medius and such exercises. That and the muscle doesn't seem to be as strong towards the sides, it's like my butt has the correct shape started but isn't "filled out". Basically how do you balance out your ass /fit/?

Damn dude, I know the struggle. I stopped smoking by myself but I'll smoke whenever my friends do. They look at me like a freak when we hang out and I tell them I actually don't have any weed (but inside I feel slightly smug and superior.)

I don't really have any advice for you if a blunt is always being smoked in the house because I know how tempting that shit is and how I would totally hit it if it was there. Good luck brother.

I would say just get out of the house while it's being smoked. Quitting weed is actually pretty easy, the first month is really the only difficult time. And I'm sure it's a lot harder when people are smoking around you. Best to just keep yourself busy and don't give yourself the opportunity to smoke.

I was an every day smoker for about 2 years but it started to negatively affect my life so I went for about 8 months without smoking at all. It was really good to just figure out how to go through life without needing to get high. Now I smoke maybe once or twice a month and I feel like that's just the right amount.

It's very valid if you don't ovrercompensate.
The problem is that many people will binge afterwards, and some other will even overcompensate by eating more without realizing it.

Just buy weekly

24 eggs
2kg chicken bresto
2-3l milk
1kg carrots, 2-3kg broccoli, 1kg brusell sprouts
700g nuts
1kg hummus
and the oddballs which you buy once 3-5 weeks
5kg rice
5kg oats

and that's pretty much it, try to split it out properly, don't consume TOO much protein, take care of your stomach, drink enough water uwu
if you feel like you need anything else, those are optional most the most part
