I've been on fin for about 3 years so I can share my experience. The negative effects are my semen is more watery and my erect penis size has decreased a little, maybe 10-15%. I can still get it up fine though. On the positive side my hair hasn't gotten worse since I've used it.

Pic from Nicaragua at the beginning of June. I've been using Rogaine since I got back from India. My hairline is back to where it was when I was 17 or 18. I've always had a widow's peak.

When I got my hair cut in fall, the barber was recommending products to stimulate regrowth. The last time I went in, two weeks ago, I was told that I had thick hair and didn't have to worry about thinning at all. I had a hearty internal kek but it took it as a compliment.

I use Rogaine twice per day. Started with liquid and foam but now I just do liquid.

I shower in the mornings before work and apply Rogaine immediately afterward. I commute on a motorcycle and my hair is usually dry by the time I get outside and throw a helmet on. I put it on again at night after working out and before sleeping. It takes less than a minute to do.

If you use the foam Rogaine, it doesn't make as much of a mess or fuck your hair up. However, it's harder to apply in areas away from the vertex and temples.

If you're completely bald or have shiny tracts on your head, you probably won't get results. It's not going to regrow hair that's been gone for years.
