/pol/ is the other way. they may give you a medal for this. in here, you are just a hipster dyel faggot of a gains goblin.
Any former fat folks here filled with regret over getting fat in the first place?
I'm pretty /fit/ nowadays but once upon a time I was seriously overweight and gaining all those pounds left stretch marks on my body all over that has totally disfigured my upper half, even after all the muscle I built up. There's places on me that look almost as bad as that one picture of a woman's totally fucked up Freddy Krueger stomach that gets passed around all the time. 23 years old and I'll never have a nice body, sucks shit man
>>37897230
Same here. Considering surgery to remove my stretch marks. It's not that expensive.
Less competition for me I guess. Glad tards like you disfigure themselves at early age
I'm 20, 5'10 and weigh a whopping 212lbs.
Was extremely fit and active 14 - 18. Vegan two years, around 2 - 3 hours of intense football per day per six months. Other six months were 2
hours a day, one p90x other weights. Fast food one day a week if that, fasted for 3 days a week minimum. Rest was lean meats, wheat bread - never white, fruits, lemon water. 170 lbs, 8% bf.
Recently, 19 - 20, workouts two or three times a week consisting of a 15 minute YouTube video or an hour of inconsistent weights. Fast food two to three times a day, eating over 3000 calories for a better 5 out of 7 days. A lot of stomach, back and thigh fat. Fasting maybe once a week at 18 hours, hardcore dieting inconsistently. Swayback posture, rounded shoulders.
Im hoping on some advantage from being extremely fit years ago unless I wrecked all that. I don't mind
I just ate half a tub of halva and feel like I'm about to die. Wat do brehs
Thats more than your daily calories. Why would you eat that much?

How am I supposed to measure the calories in a fruit salad?
It has:
>kiwi
>pineapple
>watermelon
>melon
>blueberries
>honeydew
And the whole container is about 1.1 lbs. I tried estimating, but getting only about 500 calories. That seems a bit on the low end.
Do I have any alternatives other than disassembling it and weighing it component by component? I really don't want to do that because autism.
>eats fruit salad
never going to make it
you definitely should disassemble it, weigh every single piece of fruit, put it into myfitnesspal, and do that for the rest of your life for everything
>fishing out the beef from the pho, the noodles, measuring broth in ml
>picking out each last gram of goat cheese from a salad
>trying to find out the cals you ate licking the top of a yogurt container

So what you're saying is I should embrace the /fit/-autism?
hello everyone
I'm a weightlifter and for some time now, I've had lower back pain.
at first it hurt just after working out and I thought that my lower back might just be a bit sore since I was training quite heavy and frequently.
then it started to hurt when I was doing squats, heavy backsquats especially.
now, since almost 2 weeks ago i feel a bit of pain basically all the time, especially when bending forward.
I have an appointment at the orthopedist on the 20th, but I just came from my general practicioner who said that's it's probably an irritation of the sacroiliac joint.
has anyone ever had this or a similar problem? any advice on how I should procede until I meet my orthopedist next week? i've stopped training 2 weeks ago when it started to hurt more badly, I stretch and foamroll and go for walks. could this be counterproductive?
You should research the relationship between the glutes, psoas, piriformis and SI joint.
If your piriformis is part of the probem this may help: https://www.t-nation.com/training/tip-fix-this-tiny-muscle-and-lift-heavier
age?
weight?
height?
lifts?
how long you been lifting for?
Did you do a lmaolowbar squat?
As long as you stopped what was causing the pain(lifting) you should be fine. If walking/foam rolling causes discomfort, stop. It's that simple.

Also, hope you feel better. :)
Is Creatine worth taking ?
All memeing aside, what are peoples experience with it and would i be wasting my time/money by getting it ?
A mate of mine said it just made him feel dehydrated as fuck and did nothing else for him.
mate probably didn't drink enough water like 90% of people.
creatine is ok i guess. i don't use it anymore, but it's cheap as fuck and most people seem to like it
>>37895683
I like it. It helped me bust out that one last rep when I stalled on BB bench 225x5x5. I can get like 240 4.2g caps for like 7$ too so I never saw a reason to stop. It's not necessary but it definitely won't hurt.

How does one achieve Brock mode?
First you need to own a Brock-type Pokémon gym.
1. eat lots of burgers
2. drink lots of powerade
3. chug some bud light every so often
4. build a cabin somewhere in saskatchewan
5. hunt, kill and eat some animals
6. roids
7. pick heavy shit up and put it down
enjoy

Brock is a Pokémon trainer not a pokémon type.
What are some low calorie carb heavy foods? There's a ton of low calorie high protein food but fuck me there's like nothing with low cal/ high carb. The stuff people recommend is pasta which is like 100grams of carbs per 500 cal which isn't low cal.
>>37895324
reading your post hurts my head
That's because most carb sources are very dense with carbs.. Equating to roughly 4cal per gram so of course by weight any carb source will be relatively high calorie.
Activated almonds is the way to go my friend.
>dude anon you're muscular but you'll get fucked in a fight, it's all about technique and endurance man

>stick with training so I can learn what they know
>lose some muscle mass in exchange for agility and endurance
>hot lifting girl you'd otherwise impress with your physique calls you small
>doesn't give a shit about your BJJ

Not saying that MA isn't good for you for many reasons, but even normies carry knives or concealed carry pistols. Also, training in MA is super common these days, so even if you train, you don't know how much training the people around you have had.
Seems like a moot point 2bh.
Its not a meme , the points you state prove it is.
In the gym you usually make exersices that work out a specific muscle/group of muscles.
A punch starts from your legs giving you balance, and it takes power from muscle/delts/biceps/triceps/outer chest.
If you ren ot used to throwing a punch and syncing your muscle groups you ll get BTFOed by a less muscular guy who does.
