So Im starting to lift again, and Im wondering about my diet plan.
I will eat 4 times a day and take creatine and whey protein powder.
Im also a huge friend of minced meat. Does it have the nutrient values that I need for building muscle or should I replace it with some other meat.
I also need help with the creatine and protein intake.
I weigh 76 kg and Im 189 cm tall, how much of each should I take in powder form each day. Assuming that I work out once every two days.

>76 kg and Im 189 cm tall
super skelly mode?
>>38075096
Nope, I lost 10 kg in the last month because I hiked 10km per day and didnt have enough to eat.
My muscles are actually hidden behind fat.
>>38075155
Well it just seemed a little bit little for you, but yea, I also eat minced meat. There is nothing wrong with it, it has enough proteins inside of it to be relevant. Plus its easier to find versions of it without additives, cancer causing preservatives. Minced meat, if you find a good source for it, is also pretty top tier food.
For the rest, the sticky will help you. And for protein, just keep above 0.8grams per lean bodyweight kg to make gainz.
Man I suck at life and lifting...
I can't ever do anything right.
I've been cutting for three years.
Three years of lifting and stats are
5ft 8in 155 pounds
125 ohp 3x8
Bench 195 3x8
Squat and deadlift im too dumb to figure out.
I legitimately want to kill myself plus my insertions are shit and I look like shit.
Why even bother?
First thing: stop reading /fit/.
I remember browsing this board when tinytrip was around, maybe in 2009? Oh man, everyone said it was so easy.
"You can achieve x mode in x years!"
"Ottermode? Just cut for x months"
The fact is most people aren't blessed with good genes so they need to workout for a long time.
You need to stop obsessing over numbers and how good some roided guy posted here looks compared to you.
Work out for 10 more years, live your life like you don't need a great body, because you don't, and when you achieve - if you work out long enough, you will - it will just be more sweet.
If you work out to solve your problems and suddenly becoming attractive, it won't work.
Keep browsing this board, laugh at the memes, but keep it separated from real life. Don't based your expectations around what some clueless anon posts.
>>38075080
This.
The standards here a bizarre and will only make you incredibly insecure.
Odds are you look better than 90% of the people you see everyday and are much stronger too.
>>38075098
this aswell.
but also,
>expecting to gain extensive strength on a calorie deficit.
c'mon now
You know what, fuck this guy.
>Says arnold's physique is unattainable natty
>is comparable in size to arnold while being like 60

What's up, I just discovered this board. I'm a long time lifter and although I don't compete, I'm big.
One critique I have of you guys is that you focus too much on weights. 3 plates this, 6 plates that. If someone has a 1 plate bench, you make fun of him and call him a manlet or something.
I think this is bad for everyone. If you are making fun of someone for only benching 1 plate, that guy is going to try to increase his weight to 2 plates too fast, by cheating or doing the exercise wrong, opening the angle of his shoulders or doing half reps. That's how he is going to get hurt.
Truth be told, although I am big and although I can curl 110 lbs if I want to, my normal arm workout is just basic curls with controlled form at 35 to 45 lbs. I can challenge myself with 30 lbs even. I've been reading here for a few days and I've never seen anyone here talk about continuous muscle contraction, which is the most important thing to getting big. I saw an interview with a bigtime professional bodybuilder talking about continuous contraction, I had fast "gains" since that moment.
So in summary, you should all focus on technique and the correct form and especially *continuous contraction* (don't lock out!) instead of the number on the weights you are lifting. Just lift enough to challenge yourself, hit your muscles hard, and get that all-day burn. Happy lifting!

>If someone has a 1 plate bench, you make fun of him and call him a manlet or something.
lmao found the manlet
>>38074835
Tl/dr, most likely a manlet
So can you elaborate further on continuous contraction, mr manlet?
Is this /fit/ approved?
I'll give you some pure protein big boy
>>38074797
Is it chocolate peanut butter flavored?
I get these at costco, but it comes in a triple pack with nast chocolate chip and putrid peanut butter, the only good flavor is the fark chocolate one. Anyone know where to get the regular dark chocolate in bulk?
>tfw I didn't make it
I bet some smug /fit/ fag that I could lose weight and he was right. I didn't make it. I couldn't make it. What a cycle we weak willed fucks live.
>>38074774
don't worry, you'll probably die before 50 from heart desease anyway
>>38074774
why can't you do it, anon? what's up with your eating habits?
>>38074774
>6' 2
What a waste of height.
>5'11 king of manlets here.
Hi /fit/ this is my first time in here because i need your help. I am going to have to cook for myself for the first time, i need help to build a reasonnable meal plan/grocely list and healty/easy meal idea. Once again, thank you!
>>38074637
Rice, chicken, broccoli, protein powder, olive oil, milk, creatine.
Literally all you fucking need.
Is it fag of me to want to stay away from any supplement?
>>38074669
If you suffer from mpb creatine will make it worse
Fuck my shit up edition.
How the fuck did you even end up like this?
>>38074444
Looks like you got Ripped OP
>>38074444
Those are pretty similiar to my stats
What is the best option for dressing on salad
>>38074356

I use olive oil and red wine vinegar for taste
>tfw fell for the "don't squat bro, do leg press and leg curls" meme
>tfw felll for the "dont flat bench bro, do incline and decline" meme
>tfw fell for the "don't deadlift bro, its too dangerous" meme
>tfw fell for the "hit your muscles 1-2 times a week, full body doesn't build aesthetics" meme
I cant believe I did all that bro-shit for 3 fucking years, made fuck all gains. Been on a full body for the last year and I've made me gains in the last 12 months than I did in my first 3 fucking years.
Fucking cunts.
>>38074306
even zyzz said that you need full body routine to become aesthetic
lmao what the fuck who told you all that?
>>38074306
>Falling for the full body meme
You probably been working out like a little bitch if you even managed to go regularly (4-5 times a week minimum). Also you probably lacked proper nutrition. Please delete your blog faggot.
How do you avoid stretch marks? The ones on blacks I see at the gym don't really look that bad, but on white people it can be pretty embarrassing. I just want to know how do you guys go about keeping them from happening? I know that once you get them, you're fucked and have to wait for them to go away on their own which will take years.
>>38074135
Get a tan.
>>38074135
>I know that once you get them, you're fucked and have to wait for them to go away on their own which will take years.
not true, rub coconut oil into them once a day for two weeks, should fix them right up!
>>38074257
That is a myth
Can't afford a gym membership, but I can get a 30lb dumbbell. Is it possible for me to get big with just that and exercise from home
No, you need progressive overload.
Go buy a shitty barbell and bench from some dude on Kijiji when you have some free money.
here try this instead
>"Hey bro mind if I work in with you?"
>I don't want to get too big
>>38073962
>hating on maximum gym efficiency
Yep you're a dyel for sure.
>"Hey bro can I get a spot?"
What constructive things have you done today, /fit/?

Just realize now that your oneits will most likely be a letdown so you might as well contact her now and get it over with. Or you'll fall in love be overjoyed you took that step. Either way, do it now.

i only leave him 1 open can of cat food every night but i leave him a bowl full of dry food and water out 24/7. i usually poor him some milk if i'm getting cereal. also he enjoys bodybuilding and started all on his own.
what are some good cat diets? gomad?
i usually poor him milk anyway when i'm getting cereal
he already has some good gains, definitely not fat. low weight high reps everyday. very lean muscle feels firm when petting him.
cat stats
23 inches length
12 1/2 shoulder to paw standing
22 pounds pic related
>>38073844
Awh he's smiling :3
No GOMAD! That much milk isn't good for cats. Get him that lean meat though.
>>38073844
I also have a white and orange cat. As far as diet is concerned, natural instinct is about the closest thing to their what cats would be eating in the wild, and is chock full of protein. I'm not sure if you can get it outside of the UK, though.
