3x30 abs crunchs
3x30 block lift(15 kg)
Now, i only do this 3 times a week(mon, wed, fri) and also i do 1 set in the morning, 1 set in the afternoon and 1 set in the night, because according to some sources of mine the muscles need some rest to grow, so 1 day of rest is recommended, is this true?
