Push ups on your knees. Assisted pull ups/controlled negative pull ups. Google can help. Body weight squats and lunges help too, if you really can't do free weighted ones.

If you go to a gym you can do a lat pulldown or if you don't want to, do a negative pull up (stand ontop of a box with your arms engaged then slowly lower yourself from the top position to the bottom, repeat.
for your push ups, you can do half push ups from your knees, or there are plenty of exercise regimes available to build you up to a full push up in a short amount of time. e.g.

Also eat a lot of protein, it's gonna be harder for you to build muscle since you're a girl, but luckily it doesnt actually matter because you only need a little bit to add like 4 points to your appearance, so don't get frustrated.

I deadlift 3plate with no back issues, but even empty bar squat can be very uncomfortable for my lower back. My hip and ankle mobility are fucked and I suffer from at least a slight Anterior Pelvic tilt.
I squat low bar because it's the only squat I can come close to performing correctly with my mobility, but now I'm thinking I should work my mobility until I can switch to high bar or even front squat.
What do I do? I'm already doing pic related, hip flexor stretches and planks but I don't feel like that's enough. I'd really like to hear from someone who has fixed this shit.
