Hey fit, anyone know how to deal with sides like these?

5'11 start:214 - now:198

Currently lifting daily, two muscle groups including legs.
Cutting under 1000 calories per day, one cheat day a week.

Goal: look good naked and shrink these sides :/

i feel like a degenerate and a fucking idiot for constantly drinking and smoking weed. I need to get out of denver or change my friends because they are sucking my life away. I can't lift anymore because I wake up feeling like shit, I can't maintain a proper diet because when we go out we always grab a bite to eat at some place where the fucking appetizers are literally 1200kcaloris. Try loosing weight, oh I'll just have chicken today, well they soak it in grease and their own "special" blend of spices which probably contain mostly sugar and other unhealthy shit. Damn, it is fucking hard to stay fit

How do I become less disgustingly pasty? I've been pale since birth, and I've always gotten comments about it. I think It's disgusting, but every time I've tried tanning, I either end up getting burnt or staying the same colour.

I don't even necessarily care about getting bronzed or whatever, I just want to look less sickly. It doesn't help that I live in a country that isn't known for good weather. Is there any hope for me?

Im 5'5 and imo judging yourself in the inside for how you look is autism. I lift for power with other people.

And really I went from overweight to fit and see ZERO difference in how people treat me, because as far as I can tell unless you r tall, white, and muscular, looks just aren't a big factor to women as long as you look "normal".

Men see me as skinny now, wheras before they saw me as buff (I was fat, but fatass America can't tell).

I don't know why I even lift sure SOME girls do eye me up, but I mean its not worth the effort, my taller fat friends get much more initial attention just for being born tall. Might go back to focusing on just my personality with minimal effort in everythin else. From my experience its the most bang for your buck other than style.

The way I read it it should be 0.2mg/kg body weight /day.
For me that was ~15-16mg, which I took daily for a couple years. Never had any erections or anxiety that I attributed to yohimbine.
I got thinner, minned out at 157-159 at 6'2'', under 10%bf somewhere.
After that I clean bulked back to 170-172 over a winter and started upping my dose cause I was curious.
For me it adds some energy and focus to my workouts, and possibly keeps fat from storing on my midsection as much so I think it's worth the money.
I take lots of other preworkout stims though so ymmv.
