My chiropractor, who is an MD and an former Olympic weight lifting medalist, told me that imbalances in my muscles were fucking my spine up, making it bend left and right and so shit. He said to change my program up and strengthen my back and core. So I want to do Deadlift and Rows twice a week, every week. And tone down Squats from 5x5 to 3x5.
I would really value input. I've been doing SL for a year. I only have a BB/power cage. Home gym. DBs to 25lbs.
Which medical specialty do you consider to be the most /fit/ one, bros? I'm going to have to choose one very soon and I was thinking about orthopedics and traumatology but I would like to hear your opinion.

So I'm gonna write this up, this will be the short version and if enough of you fags actually show some interest in getting up off the couch and fixing your fucked up body and brain hormones then I'll get into more detail.

Adderall:
This is the harder one, you have to convince a certified Psychiatrist that you have ADD. Basically look up the symptoms of attention deficient type ADD, apply it to your life, and make up stories that sound like you have it.
Also research the hell out of methods for testing ADD. I had to do a game where I pressed a button when I saw a blinking light at the corner of my eye.
It's a longer test so I assume that at some point the add brain gets sick of looking for the light and you'll miss a few button presses.
TRT: this one is the most difficult and the most financially difficult. Remember folks those with more test make more money so this is an investment.
Primebody.com has mail order trt that costs $200 a month. You have to fly to one of the cities they're located in and meet a doctor once.
They measure your hormones though locally. There are many many ways to manipulate your hormones to cheat the test. Do that and you'll be set. They won't your money so chances are if you have less than 600ng/dl they'll help you out.

I love hating on fatties at the gym. They are usually the easiest to embarrass and sometimes make cry. I am 5'7" but very built with 8% bf at 175lbs and I look like a Greek God compared to pretty much anyone in a 5 mile radius.
This morning I saw a guy who literally looked like a human-sized version of the marshmallow man trying to do the leg press. I could tell it was his first day because he walked around from machine to machine trying to lift amounts that were pathetically small. I was laughing in the squat rack with my gym buddies as he was struggling on his last few reps. He started grunting and huffing and puffing and then I yelled out, "Hey fatty I'll give you a donut for every rep!" All my friends started laughing as it looked like the poor sod was about to cry.
