So, is the natty limit for tall guys further away from the one for small guys ? As their gains are way slower in proportion, they must end up in globally bigger, even if it takes twice as much time, right ?

No you end up looking shredded like a manlet, but ypu need to have way more muscle to reach the same point of comparison

Add 5-10 pounds of muscle for each inch above 5'6" (it starts off slow but spikes up as u get yuuuuge)

I think 6'2" u want to be around 220 pounds

Also, 20%, planning on bulking until december (hope to reach 85kg by then). Is it reasonable to bulk up to 25% bf and cut from then (hard gainer, really not afraid of cutting)? I don't expect to reach 220 before 2 more years, at least.

And even if you don't - the best possible scenario is you get old and fuck your 70 year old wife for the rest of your life, you can't enjoy shit anymore, you can't really do shit besides play bingo and your life is basically a fucking shell of its former self.

I'm actually changing meat to a mixture of beans. For every 100 grams of meat I eat 400 grams of beans. Beans actually have more essential amino acids save for methionine which I will be getting from eggs and dairy (I eat four eggs and 500 Grams of quark a day). I also add some olive oil to the beans to get some fats.

Macros for 400 grams of mixed beans (lentils, black- and broadbeans) are something like this:
>500kcal, 80 carbs with almost zero sugar, fat free and ~35 grams of protein

Seems like a decent meal to me concidering that I add a spoonful of oil to get some more calories and fat in there. And it's cheap as hell.

Just made this last night, God tier for pork and chicken.

2 cups balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp of lemon juice
up to 1 Tbsp of brown sugar

reduce in sauce pan for ~20 minutes in medium low heat, if it begins to boil too much reduce heat more. Do not stir after mixing brown sugar.

God tier 10/10 sauce right there senpai.

1tbs coriander
1tbs garlic powder
1/2tbs cumin
2tbs paprika powder (powdered bell pepper or whatever you amerifats call it)
1teaspoon powdered ginger

mix to a paste, add water if needed, coat chicken with it and bake.
Obviously cut small groves into chicken first and stuff some of it down there.
