Do you truly intend to lift forever?
Once you 'make it', you do realise you cant just stop lifting, right? You have to keep lifting, forever, and eating right, forever.
Have you considered just adjusting your diet and lifestyle to where a decent physique come naturally? Like you wont be shredded or whatever, but you can get lean as fuck and still have some muscle mass just through diet. Any activities you do in the day just adds to that.

Hey /fit/ im 20, and a naturally slim build with reasonably broad shoulders, but that hasnt made up for a few months of sitting on my ass, chain smoking and inconsistent diet. Im kicking the smokes currently and got my diet in check a bit more lately, now all I need is to get my body toned up a bit with some fitness. Im not intent on a full blown workout routine or caveman diet I just wanna get my body a bit more in shape as fast as I possibly can, not overly buff or ripped just something along the lines of pic related(right hand side obvs), so what would you recommend for me to get there fast /fit/?

We went out with two instructors, they pushed us real hard in talking to girls and gave tons of feedback along the way
It was awkward for the first hours, but then I got really comfortable and after a while I was flirting and getting numbers left and right
Took home a qt that night, got dates lined up for this and next week
Big Mike P once deadlifted a burning car off a family stuck underneath.
He only needed 3 days for his burns to get to the point where he was deadlifted 3 - 4 time his body weight again (and he was a big boi back then)
